The way of parents' education is of great significance to children's growth.As the first school for children's growth,family education has always been in an important position in the way of education.Family education will promote children's growth and is the basis of children's psychological development.Children learn from their parents behavior habits and values of life,especially in primary school,the impact of family education is more prominent.Once imbalanced,children's growth will not be properly guided.Different education methods will get different results.Understanding and warmth can help children develop excellent character and habits,encourage and tolerate children to grow up freely,and bring children a great sense of security and trust.On the contrary,despotism and punishment will lead to children's impatience and willfulness,and exclusion and humiliation will damage their self-esteem,which will hinder their physical and mental development.Nowadays,the pressure of entering a higher school makes parents impatient,and the resulting bad education mode has brought negative impact on children.For thousands of years,the Chinese nation has attached great importance to education,and the starting point of this value itself has no problem,but the pressure of entering school makes people pay more attention to their achievements.The college entrance examination is also regarded as two large-scale examinations that can change their fate.In order to prepare for the mid-term college entrance examination,Chinese parents have made great efforts in time,money and spirit,and there have been many bad education methods: do not consider the actual situation to sign up for counseling classes for children;only talk about the excellence of children based on achievements,do not look at the flash point of children;resign to accompany children to study,plan high learning goals for children,but do not let the parent-child relationship fall into Deadlock...All kinds of high-pressure treatment methods make children have rebellious psychology,truancy and truancy are common;children who only focus on learning are very weak in sports ability,and sudden death occurs during sports;children who can't get recognition due to their lack of achievement are more self abased and fall into the wrong idea that they can't achieve anything;fragile life that can't bear high expectations dies This is not only bad for personal development,but also bad for society to some extent.This paper takes a parent in D city of Liaoning Province as an example,based on cognitive-behavioral therapy to correct the bad education of parents.Through participatory observation and on-the-spot interview,the author obtained the information about the education cognition and way of the case owner,and understood the real thoughts of the case owner on the academic pressure and the gap between the case owner and his son due to the academic work.The author finds that the bad education of the case owner comes from her bad education cognition,so by guiding the case owner to recognize the harm to children,eliminating the negative emotions of the case owner,enhancing parent-child communication,and increasing the patience to solve problems.Through the summary and evaluation,the author finds that the case owner has a deeper understanding of the impact of different education methods on children,and has enhanced the ability to adapt to and solve educational problems.The practice shows that the case work has good effectiveness in correcting the bad education of parents,providing a new perspective for family social work and adding new ideas for social work in the future.
