Research On The Development Strategy Of Leisure Ice And Snow Sports In South Fujian The Strategy Of "North Ice And South Exhibition"

With the development of the Winter Olympics,China vigorously promoted the strategy of "North ice and South Exhibition" and put forward many policies related to ice and snow sports,which attracted wide attention,accelerated the development of ice and snow sports and led more people to participate in ice and snow sports.All these provide a good opportunity for developing leisure ice and snow sports in southern Fujian.This paper takes the development strategy of leisure ice and snow sports in Southern Fujian as the research object,and adopts research methods such as literature,questionnaire,field investigation,interview and data analysis.On ice "north south exhibition" strategy,the development of leisure ice and snow sports in South Fujian and the masses to participate in the recreational club of ice and snow sports,such as ice and snow sports condition were investigated,such as found in the development of recreational ice and snow in South Fujian met some of the advantages and opportunities,challenges and disadvantages,and put forward the development strategy.The results show that :（1）according to the results of the questionnaire survey,we can know that the main group of people who participate in leisure snow and ice sports in South Fujian are teenagers and children;The number of snow and ice sports instructors is small,but the quality is high.The most participants are skating,followed by skiing.The development of skiing is limited by skiing venues.The situation of "strong ice and weak snow" is presented in southern Fujian.Most people participate in leisure ice and snow sports through clubs;The main purpose of participating in leisure ice and snow sports is to relieve pressure and relax mood;The main reason that restricts people’s participation in leisure ice and snow sports is the lack of equipment.（2）Due to the limited natural conditions in southern Fujian,leisure ice and snow sports facilities are not perfect.In response to the national call,Fujian Provincial Bureau of Sports has issued policies such as Measures to Seize opportunities to Develop Ice and snow Sports and speed up the construction of related ice and snow venues.However,due to the epidemic and other reasons,the projects have been shelved.Quanzhou Ice World and Xiamen Snow Star Ski Experience Center also suspended operations due to the epidemic and poor management.（3）The campus activity of ice and snow sports can actively promote students to participate in leisure ice and snow sports,among which Quanzhou city has the best development.The "rotating ice" project opened the door of the campus.Quanzhou popularized ice and snow sports in the whole city.It not only established ice and snow sports in after-class services,but also established roller skating teams and speed skating teams.Each class will have at least 10 ice-snow roller skating or cross-country roller skating（snow）courses every semester to fully guarantee the introduction of ice-snow sports into the classroom;Moreover,teachers are actively invited to participate in Quanzhou snow and ice teacher training,Fujian "rotating ice" training camp and national snow and ice sports school teacher training.（4）although the South Fujian economic development is good,can use economic resources to make up for the lack of venues and other natural resources,but also because of the recreational ice and snow in South Fujian development relatively late,lack of ice and snow culture,lack of ice and snow sports atmosphere,coupled with the lack of professional talents,ice and snow are caused or only a small number of people involved in recreational ice and snow sports.According to the development status of leisure snow and ice sports in Southern Fujian and experts’ opinions,the following suggestions are put forward:（1）the government should actively guide and implement relevant snow and ice policies as soon as possible;（2）increase the construction of venues and facilities;（3）innovate the way of publicity,create an atmosphere of leisure ice and snow and establish a unique leisure ice and snow culture;（4）actively cultivate and introduce leisure ice and snow sports talents;（5）carry out a variety of ice and snow activities and attach importance to the promotion of ice and snow events.
