In recent years,China has issued optimized fertility policies and corresponding fertility promotion measures to promote newborn population growth.In particular,the care of infants and children aged 0-3 years,which is the most important concern for couples of childbearing age,has even become an important factor restricting childbearing intention of couples of childbearing age.In this environment,child care service has come into being and developed vigorously.However,there are problems such as low service quality and imbalanced service demand and supply due to the relatively short development time of child care services in China.As state-run kindergartens have cancelled child support classes of infants aged before three,the number of private child support classes has mushroomed.Even some institutions,such as baby natatoriums and early education centers hold the opportunity to start child care classes in succession,resulting in fierce market competition.However,the demand for child care services has not been satisfied and some children still need waiting for admission.In the context of the development of Songyuan Hugging Bear Childcare Center,this paper focuses on how Songyuan Hugging Bear Childcare Center should seize the opportunity of this new industry development to formulate a suitable development strategy so as to take a place in the fierce market competition and achieve sustainable development.Firstly,the author sorted out and classified the relevant literature in the field of strategic management,thus laying a theoretical foundation.In addition,based on the analysis of the development status of Songyuan Hugging Bear Childcare Center,the general situation,development process and management status of Songyuan Hug-Bear Childcare Center were elaborated.Furthermore,the five external factors of economic environment,social environment,technical environment,policy environment and industry competition faced by Songyuan Hugging Bear Childcare Center were comprehensively analyzed in combination with SWOT analysis to figure out its internal advantages and disadvantages as well as adjustment and development opportunities.Finally,based on the study of the development strategy of Songyuan Hugging Bear Childcare Center,it is concluded that Songyuan Hugging Bear Childcare Center should adopt a growth-oriented development strategy,make use of its own advantages such as brand and good reputation to open a branch to occupy the market in time,take advantages of national support policies and the demand of child care services to continuously improve hardware facilities and enlarge its teaching staff teams.Moreover,it should open various forms of nursery and early education classes in virtue of existing resources.In order to win in fierce market competition in Songyuan City and achieve long-term development,Songyuan Huggable Bear Child needs to improve the science of its public-benefit child education classes and promote economic benefits through two major strategies of expanding the scale and expanding the business scope.To ensure the implementation of the above two strategies,it should make positive contributions to the healthy development of the local 0-3year-old child care service industry from the perspectives of corporate culture building,human resources integration and implementation of regulations,so as to gain a firm foothold and continue to make profits in the fierce market competition.
