Objective: To study the effects of weight,waist circumference,hip circumference,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and quiet heart rate on the healthy middle-aged men(30-55 years)for two months.Cardiopulmonary function index,and push-ups,sit-ups,crooking and before the seat body strength indicators were tested to explore the impact of different modes of exercise on healthy adult males,so as to provide the basis for training and practice.Methods: This paper analyzes the effect of aerobic + resistance training on the middle-aged male members of Changchun City 's occasional fitness club by means of literature,questionnaire,interview,experiment and mathematical statistics.45 healthy adult males were selected from the occasional health club in Changchun City.They were randomly divided into three groups: aerobic exercise group,resistance training group,aerobic +anti-resistance group Resistance training group.Three groups of subjects were given training time equal to normal diet.Before and after the experiment,the measured data were compared and analyzed.Conclusion: Cardiac function indexes such as body weight,waist circumference,hip circumference,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and quiet heart rate were studied in three ways: anti-resistance training,aerobic exercise and aerobic + anti-resistance training.There were significant changes in body weight before and after the experiment.There were no significant changes in body weight before and after the experiment.There were no significant changes in body weight before and after the experiment.Differences,waist circumference and hip circumference There is a significant difference between aerobic exercise and resistance training,resistance to stress training and aerobic + resistance training.Resistance to stress training,aerobic exercise and aerobic + resistance training three different means of systolic and diastolic blood pressure no significant difference;resistance to training,aerobic exercise and aerobic + resistance training three different means of contraction There was no significant difference in the effect of pressure and diastolic blood pressure.Quiet heart rate resistance training,aerobic exercise and aerobic + resistance training in different means of stimulation after nosignificant difference;sit-ups,push-ups and other indicators in aerobic exercise and resistance training,aerobic exercise and aerobic + There were significant differences between resistance training and resistance training and aerobic + resistance training.
