With the deep integration of information technology and education teaching and the continuous promotion of the project of "Internet space for all",online learning space plays an important role in promoting teachers’ professional development.The professional development of teachers is the key to the improvement of teachers’ comprehensive ability.The integration of teaching,research,and training is an inherent requirement for teachers’ professional development and an inevitable trend of teacher education reform in the new era.Through literature combing,we found that there are real problems of separation of teaching,teaching,and research and training in teachers’ professional development,and there are few studies on the integration of teaching,research,and training.How to establish an efficient teacher professional development model with the help of online learning space? How to solve the problems of teachers’ insufficient information teaching ability and the flow of network-based teacher training activities are hot topics of research in the field of education information.Firstly,this study clarified the problems and shortcomings of the current teacher professional development model through the literature research method;second,it used the questionnaire survey method to understand the demands of teachers’ professional development and teachers’ application of online learning space;on the basis of analyzing the functions of online learning space and the elements of traditional teacher professional development model,based on the activity theory,it constructed a model consisting of participants,platform,activities,organization and management,resources Based on the analysis of the functions of online learning spaces and the elements of the traditional teacher professional development model,a teacher professional development model consisting of participants,platform,activities,organization management,resources,results,evaluation feedback,guarantee,and intervention mechanism were constructed.Finally,in order to verify the effectiveness of the model,it was applied to a demonstration comprehensive reform project of the "National Training Program" in W County,Hebei Province,China,to build a training space and design and carry out online learning space-based teaching and research training activities.Through the questionnaire survey and the data of participants’ activities and teaching and research training behaviors,it was found that the model has,to a certain extent,renewed teachers’ professional development concepts,enriched teachers’ professionalism,and promoted teachers’ information teaching ability,providing valuable references for further promoting teachers’ professional development and the application of online learning spaces.
