Primary education has a fundamental position in the entire national education system and individual lifelong education.The continuous and in-depth promotion of the new curriculum reform has put forward new requirements for the professional knowledge,teaching skills,teaching and research capabilities of primary school teachers,and put forward new requirements for the work of the school teaching and research section.Under the traditional mode,school-based training has not been effectively integrated with teachers' teaching and research and scientific research work,which makes the training content lack of relevance to teaching and research work,and it is difficult to provide strong support for scientific research.As a result,teachers are less willing to refer to training,and the training effect and quality are not too ideal.How to combine the new curriculum reform and the new requirements of teachers' professional development to innovate the teacher training model has become an important topic for modern primary schools to promote the professional development of teachers.For this reason,in this study,we take the LJ Primary School in Changsha as an example,and find out the connection “Teaching Science and Education” by sorting out the internal connections between school-based teaching and research,school-based scientific research,school-based training,integration of “teaching and education” and professional development of teachers.The key link between integration and teachers 'professional development is to formulate reasonable countermeasures for teachers' professional development.The author first analyzes the current situation of teaching and scientific research and the professional development of teachers at the initial stage of the establishment of LJ Primary School from the two aspects of development status and problems faced;The process of integration practice exploration;Finally,the significant achievements and current deficiencies of the integration of "education and education" in LJ elementary school are summarized.The overall professional knowledge level of LJ elementary school teachers is enhanced,the level of scientific research expertise is enhanced,and professional self-realization is recognized.More clear,students' comprehensive literacy improvement while facing the integration of "education,science and education" is still in the one-way integration stage,the implementation path is not rich,and the role of scientific research is not fully exerted.Based on this,the school's "education and education" integration has been refined.Enlightenment from the Model of Promoting Teachers' Professional Development.It is hoped that through this topic selection research,it will provide reference and reference value for the exploration of the integrated mode of "education,science and education" in primary schools in other provinces and cities while providing decision-making basis and theoretical support for the effective promotion of the integration of "teaching,research,and education" in LJ primary schools.
