| With the introduction of quality education,people’s emphasis on labor education has risen to a new height.Especially in recent years,with the promulgation of national policies and the vigorous promulgation of documents,labor education has gradually been incorporated into the school’s education and teaching system,but it is still in a situation of being weakened,alienated,and virtualized.In view of this,this article is based on practice,investigating the status of the implementation of primary school labor education in Y County,Jiangxi Province,discovering problems,analyzing the reasons for their existence,and then optimizing its implementation strategy to help promote the smooth implementation and effect of school labor education.This research is guided by the Marxist labor education view,Tao Xingzhi’s life education theory,and Suhomlinski’s labor education theory.The implementation of labor education from the primary school is conducive to cultivating the correct labor values of the primary school students.Promote the comprehensive and harmonious development of pupils’ morality,intelligence,physical beauty,and help to cultivate pupils’ practical ability and innovative spirit to explore its value implication.Secondly,by studying relevant literature and seeking research perspectives,this paper finally compiled the four dimensions of the understanding and support of labor education,the implementation of labor education courses,the organization and implementation of labor education activities,and the operating mechanism of labor education.Questionnaires and interview outlines,related questionnaires were distributed to students,and some elementary school teachers in Y County were interviewed.The survey found that there are currently the following problems in the implementation of labor education in Y County Primary Schools: most teachers and parents have one-sided understanding of labor education and insufficient support,labor education courses are mere formalities,labor education practice activities lack diversity,and labor education operations The mechanism is not perfect.After analysis,the main reasons for the above problems are that teachers and parents are deeply restrained by traditional concepts,the importance of labor curriculum has not been highlighted,the home-school-community lacks effective coordination and cooperation,and the school lacks a sound guarantee and support system.Based on the above investigation and analysis,the following implementation strategies are proposed: First,change the concept and deepen the understanding and support of labor education.Including teachers should abandon traditional education concepts and pay attention to labor education for students;parents should reshape new labor concepts and create a good family labor atmosphere.Second,implement the curriculum and focus on innovation in curriculum and teaching.Including focusing on the specialization and normalization of curriculum development;flexible and diverse teaching methods.Furthermore,strengthen coordination and extensively carry out labor education practice activities.Including encouraging the practice of housework,actively carrying out school labor,and regularly organizing social labor.Finally,strengthen the guarantee and improve the labor education operation mechanism.Including the improvement of the supervision and monitoring system,strengthening the construction of the teaching staff,the integrated use of practice sites,and a reasonable and standardized evaluation system. |
