In recent years,the scale of college enrollment continues to expand,there are many differences in the quality level of students.The Outline of the National Medium-and Long-term Plan for Education Reform and Development says higher education reform needs to be "people-oriented and tailored to students’ aptitude".In the past,the teaching method of public courses in colleges and universities could hardly take into account the differences of all students’ learning situation.No matter whether students have mastered or are interested in learning,most of the students in face-to-face class teaching system are passive receivers of the knowledge taught by teachers.If allowed to develop for a long time,students may gradually lose interest in learning courses,poor learning effect,and gradually decline in independent learning ability.Therefore,in order to make the students of public courses can really improve on the basis of the original learning,get the knowledge that the real learning needs,improve the learning effect.This study introduces learning contract sheet as a tool to design and implement differentiated teaching for students in public courses in colleges and universities.Students’ learning situation is taken as the resources of differentiated teaching,and a learning plan suitable for students’ actual learning situation is proposed,so that students can really learn something.In order to design a targeted learning contract sheet as a powerful tool for differentiated teaching,this study consulted various materials to discuss the basic elements,advantages and limitations of contract learning,as well as the development process,and analyzed the possibility and advantages of contract learning as a differentiated teaching tool.In accordance with the characteristics of differentiated teaching and the common courses in colleges and universities,with reference to numerous practical cases,the application of Modern Educational Technology,which improves the information literacy and information teaching ability of normal university students,is taken as an example,and the study contract sheet is designed for different learning contents contained in the course content under the guidance of TPACK theory.It is expected to enhance students’ interest in learning and improve teaching effectiveness.Choosing a university junior students to carry out the teaching practice,using questionnaire survey method,interview method and so on collection analysis related to students,to verify the use of a common course in institutions of higher learning contract list in differentiating teaching to mobilize and inspire the students’ learning enthusiasm and initiative,improve teaching effectiveness has a positive effect,deep into the teaching idea of "students according to their aptitude",The objective of this study has been achieved.In the future,it is expected that the new teaching method of differentiated teaching by learning contract sheets constructed in this study can be applied to courses with more abundant curriculum resources on learning platforms with more diverse functions,and enrich the design path of differentiated teaching by using contract learning.
