In recent years,with the promotion of quality education,more and more attention has been paid to school physical education.However,due to the pressure of college entrance examination and the urgent demand of society and parents for students' achievement,As a result,schools have to devote more time and experience to the teaching of cultural classes,and most primary and secondary school physical education still uses traditional teaching methods,especially when it comes to the examination.The phenomenon of cultural teaching encroaching on the teaching time of physical education occurs from time to time in individual schools,which leads to the reform of physical education in the school teaching reform in a slower process,the new teaching model in the application of physical education teaching cases are less.And contractual learning as a A more mature learning method,which is introduced into high school physical education teaching,can make good use of students' spare time after class to study physical education.It can not only promote the efficiency of students' physical education learning and improve their interest in physical education,but also help to cultivate students' good character.The application of contract teaching mode in high school physical education is also an integral part of the reform of school physical education teaching,which is also of great reference significance for the introduction of other new teaching modes in school education.This study adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,student interview,experiment and mathematical statistics.The application of contract teaching model in track and field of senior high school is studied and two classes in grade one are chosen as experimental class and control class,and contract teaching mode is applied in experimental class.The control class uses the traditional teaching mode.After eight weeks of experimental teaching,the experimental data collected before and after the experiment are analyzed and demonstrated,and the following conclusions are drawn:(1)the contractual teaching model has a very good effect on the students' physical health,and this kind of promotion is all aspects.The contract teaching mode has certain influence on the body shape of the students in grade one,but the contract teaching mode has little effect on the height.It is by changing the student's weight to change the student's body shape.(2)contract teaching has a significant effect on the student's vital capacity.The implementation of contract teaching in senior one students can effectively promote the development of respiratory and cardiovascular system.(3)the effect of contract teaching in improving students' physical quality is better than that of transmission.Unified teaching model(4)contract teaching model can enhance students' interest in participating in physical education.Make students pay attention to and participate in sports activities actively,and effectively use students' spare time to help students learn in PE classroom.(5)constantly fulfill the contents of learning contract and restrain them.Their own behavior norms are conducive to the students' psychological identity to themselves,and enhance the students' confidence in overcoming their learning difficulties.Improve the general self-efficacy of students.(6)the contract teaching model in track and field courses achieved better teaching results than the traditional teaching model,the experimental class male and female students' sports scores are higher than the control class.And the experimental class students to master the technical action better,study attitude more serious.
