| With the further digitization of the world economy,data has revolutionized the way people think,live,produce and learn.At the national level,the Action Plan for Enhancing Digital Literacy and Skills for All,which will be released in 2021,aims to improve the data literacy of citizens.The "Outline of Action for Improving the Digital Literacy and Skills of the People" proposes that improving the digital quality and quality of the citizens is not only to meet the needs of the digital age,but also a major measure to achieve the overall development of the country.With the rapid development of educational big data technology,teaching data can also be effectively collected and analyzed,which provides a strong guarantee for enhancing teachers’ educational and teaching activities and the scientific level of courses.As the main organizers of teaching activities,teachers are bound to make full use of computer technology and teaching data to solve educational problems in their usual classroom teaching with the extensive integration and application of educational informatization means on campus,so as to optimize educational strategies.How to make full use of teaching data,convert it into educational information and make decisions based on this information will become the focus of school’s future educational management work.This study attempts to establish a scientific and comprehensive data literacy index system for college teachers by exploring the connotation and indicators of data quality of efficient teachers.This paper sorts out and categorizes relevant literature of Chinese and foreign teachers,and sorts out and analyzes theoretical articles in four directions,including teacher professional development,teacher data literacy,data analysis methods and strategies,and college teacher data literacy.Based on the theory of teacher professional development and the theory of data-driven decision-making,and based on the theoretical framework of data quality of college teachers based on domestic and foreign data analysis support and decision-making research,and supplemented by the current index system of data quality of college teachers.The framework of the evaluation index system of teacher literacy in Chinese colleges and universities.Based on this,the school has initially formulated the data literacy assessment indicators for college teachers across the country,and adopted the second round of Delphi teaching method,by inviting experts and scholars to make assessments on the scientificity of the definition of the index content,the correctness of the sentence expression,and the importance of the index.Revised,scored,and divided the scoring weight of each indicator.Until the final construction of the indicator system is completed.The results of this research focus on the data literacy capabilities that higher vocational teachers should have.Through literature review and interviews,the evaluation indicators of college teachers’ data literacy in the context of higher education in China have been initially formed,and the current situation of college teachers’ data literacy in my country has been adjusted.The data literacy of college teachers provides feasible suggestions,and at the same time puts forward some ideas for some directions of intelligent classroom construction and more efficient regional teaching reform. |
