| Physical education specialty is the mainstream specialty of physical education subordinates.The aim is to cultivate the physical education professionals in basic education.It is necessary to master the corresponding special technology and theoretical knowledge.However,in the stage of college cultivation,the students majoring in physical education have far better enthusiasm for the study of technical courses than the study of theoretical courses.Even,there are some students in the theory class,such as skipping classes,late,early retirement,sleeping and playing mobile phones,showing resistance to theoretical learning,as well as aversion to the "slack" mood of theoretical learning,that is,learning burnout.Once the emotion of learning burnout is produced,it will have many adverse effects on the students’ psychological state,and the negative and negative emotions greatly hinder the students’ normal activities in learning,life and even social aspects.The paper mainly from the following parts to elaborate.By means of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview,case study and observation,this paper investigates the performance of college students in physical education by taking the undergraduates of physical education as the specific survey object,and selects the questionnaire of college students’ learning burnout,which is widely used in the field of sports psychology,and combines a variety of measurement and survey methods to investigate the general situation and influencing factors of college students’ learning burnout,To grasp the reality of the learning state of college students majoring in physical education at present,to explore the main causes of learning burnout in theoretical courses of students majoring in physical education in Hunan Province,and to put forward targeted improvement and correction strategies.In order to provide the corresponding theoretical basis for the training of physical education students.The results of this study include:(1)Among the students of physical education major in Hunan Province,a few of them appear burnout,and the rest are mostly middle state of burnout.The degree of burnout in the dimension of misconduct is the highest,then the depression,and the lowest is the low sense of achievement.(2)There are significant differences in the grade level of theoretical learning burnout among students majoring in physical education in colleges and universities in Hunan Province.The gender level of theoretical learning burnout of students majoring in physical education in Hunan Province showed significant differences,which showed that the level of burnout produced by girls was significantly lower than that of boys.The students of physical education major in Hunan Province have significant differences in the register of theoretical learning burnout,which shows that the urban students are significantly higher than the rural students in the two dimensions of misconduct and depression.(3)In the dynamic system of theoretical learning of students majoring in physical education in Hunan Province,the subjective emotion influences the performance of theoretical learning motivation due to their lack of cognition of theoretical learning.According to the interest of the theoretical courses offered,the interest degree of the basic theory course of physical education is the highest lower than that of the technical theory course,and there are obvious deficiencies in the after-school participation in the self-study class.This is extremely inconsistent with the identity of college students and their learning tasks.In addition,there are some phenomena in the classroom teaching of theoretical teachers,such as plain narration,reading books,low learning atmosphere and unreasonable examination evaluation.(4)On the basis of the above mentioned,and according to the "social function of education ",the causes of theoretical learning burnout of students majoring in physical education in Hunan Province are sorted,starting from the main body of theoretical learning burnout.The order is: student level → school level → social level. |
