Study On Personal Safety Management Strategy Of Rural Boarding Primary School Campus ——Take *** Primary School In Chongzuo City As An Example

With the implementation of the policy of "merging schools with schools" in rural primary and secondary schools in China,the number of boarders in rural primary schools increases greatly,which brings many difficulties and problems to the personal safety management of schools.The campus personal safety management of boarders in rural schools has become the focus of wide attention from all walks of life.Rural boarding primary school is not only a place for pupils to study,but also a field where they live and grow up.It can even be said that it is the "second home" of students.Schools assume important supervisory responsibilities for children.Then,what is the current situation of personal safety management in rural boarding primary schools?What are the problems of personal safety management in rural boarding primary schools?How to strengthen the personal safety management of rural boarding primary schools?Based on this,this study intends to take Chongzuo M Primary School as the case study object,using observation method,questionnaire method,literature analysis method and interview method to investigate and analyze the current situation of personal safety management in M primary school campus.Through questionnaire survey and interview,it is found that the main problems of personal safety management in rural boarding primary schools are: backward management concepts of schools and teachers,insufficient attention to the personal safety management of students;The school lacks the effective campus safety management mechanism;School personal safety education effect is not good,lack of home-school education linkage;School basic conditions and surrounding environment are not conducive to personal safety management;Insufficient number of school personnel related to personal safety management.Therefore,the author tries to put forward countermeasures to strengthen the personal safety management of rural boarding primary school campus from five aspects,namely: first,strengthen system construction and improve various rules and regulations;Second,strengthen the school’s personal safety management;Thirdly,strengthen the publicity of campus personal safety;Fourth,strengthen campus safety management and pay attention to the management of campus bullying;Fifth,we will strengthen the personal safety management system in which the government,schools,families and society work together.It is hoped that the school can effectively play a leading role in the management of students’ personal safety,serve for the construction of a harmonious and safe campus,and help the healthy growth of students.
