In view of the rapid development of preschool education in recent years,the cultivation of children’s routine life in childcare institutions has aroused deep thoughts and worries.Routine life can help children adapt to the life in childcare institutions,make a good connection for children to enter the kindergarten,so that children develop good living habits and develop their self-care ability.Therefore,this study takes the two institutions as the research base,stands on the basis of relevant research results at home and abroad,through the use of literature method,interview method,observation method,comparative research method,carries on the in-depth investigation of the status quo of the two institutions to cultivate children’s routine life.This study is mainly divided into four stages: first,the literature method is used to sort out the existing research results and conclude the relevant theoretical basis;The second is to take Hohhot two different concept of childcare institutions as an example,the observation method as the main method to collect data,using histogram descriptive statistics method to compare and analyze the status quo of the routine life of children in the two childcare institutions,and the collected quantitative data in the form of interview field inspection and inspection;The third is to analyze the quantitative data,and then compare the similarities and differences between the two different ideas of childcare institutions to cultivate the status quo of routine life of children,find the relevance between the status quo of routine life training,and deduce the root of the difference from the macro and micro aspects;Fourthly,according to the reasons deduced,the author tries to put forward solutions and provide suggestions on routine life training in foster institutions.The main contents of this study are as follows: First,the status quo of routine life training objectives,routine life training content,routine life training methods and routine life training effects are investigated.Second,by the collected data and the interview information summing up the nursery institution of two different concepts in life routine training objectives,regular training content,the effect of conventional cultivation methods,routine life four aspects to cultivate the children life the similarities and differences to the conventional and the attribution.Finally,in view of the similarities and differences between the two institutions in the cultivation of children’s routine life,as well as the reasons for the analysis of the existing problems,the conclusion is drawn,and then get the enlightenment of the two institutions in the cultivation of routine life and the common enlightenment of the foster institutions.Enlightenment to Institution A: 1.Set up correct ideas and improve the importance of routine life training.2.Provide an environment that supports life routines.3.Strengthen the training of teachers.4.Teachers improve their professional quality.5.Enhance parents’ recognition of routine life training.Enlightenment to Institution B: 1.Routine education should avoid rigidity.2.Increase parental involvement.Common enlightenment to the routine life training of foster institutions:(1)Foster institutions establish correct ideas and create favorable environment: Change the value orientation of utilitarianism,set up the educational concept of preschool orientation,provide supportive environment,establish routine life training mechanism,organize relevant training and scientific research activities,enrich the theoretical knowledge of teachers,improve the reward mechanism of teacher development in childcare institutions,pay attention to the development needs of teachers;(2)Improve teachers’ professional quality:construct teachers’ ethics,play the role of role models,set up correct education concepts,put the cultivation of routine life in an important position,teachers improve their professional skills,teachers should adjust themselves appropriately to avoid the continuation of job burnout;(3)Establish home cooperation mechanism: Foster care institutions regularly organize activities to transmit correct and scientific education concepts to parents,keep communication between teachers and parents,and cooperate with parents to maintain educational consistency,establish a trinity evaluation mechanism of teacher-parent-foster care institutions,and improve cooperation efficiency.(4)Higher management departments to strengthen the management of childcare institutions: strictly check the qualification conditions of childcare institutions,strengthen the support and supervision of childcare institutions,and train the principals and teachers of childcare institutions with scientific education concepts.
