Research On The Cultivation Of Reserve Talents Of GuangXi National Junior Rock Climbing Training Team

The cultivation of competitive sports reserve talents is a necessary path for China to move from a big sports country to a strong sports country,and increasing the construction of youth sports talents is in line with the construction requirements of China’s rock climbing reserve talent cultivation system.Guang Xi has become a pioneer region for rock climbing talent cultivation by virtue of its geographical conditions and other advantages.Therefore,this study takes the national junior rock climbing training team as an example,and adopts questionnaire survey method,expert interview method and fieldwork method to conduct a systematic study on the cultivation of youth rock climbing reserve talents in Guang Xi and explore the development strategy,in order to promote the development of youth rock climbing reserve talents cultivation in Guang Xi.The study concludes as follows:（1）the relevant national policies facilitate the development of Guangxi national junior rock climbing training team;（2）the diversification process of Guangxi national junior rock climbing training team training subjects is steadily carried out;（3）youth rock climbing events provide a test learning platform for Guangxi national junior rock climbing training team talent training;（4）logistic support work of Guangxi national junior rock climbing training team is well carried out;（5）The talent selection work of Guangxi National Junior Climbing Training Team still needs to be improved;（6）the construction of the coaching team of Guangxi National Junior Climbing Training Team needs to be strengthened;（7）the training goal of Guangxi National Junior Climbing Training Team is clear,but the conflict of learning and training still exists.In view of the above situation,the following suggestions are made:（1）adopt multiple means of publicity and promotion,mainly school sports,to improve the population base of rock climbing;（2）build a multi-regional training model with the main base in Mashan,supplemented by multiple regions;（3）actively exchange training and competition experience with excellent youth climbing teams to improve the level of group training;（4）continue to carry out the integration of social resources,and realize talent training equipment in multiple ways（5）establish scientific selection system and speed up the construction of talent pool;（6）actively introduce professional talents,improve the coaching team and raise the level of coaches’ training;（7）speed up the reform process of "integration of sports and education" to alleviate the conflict between learning and training.
