This article focus on the career decision-making self-efficacy to analyze local normal university students'career decision-making self-efficacy structure,the current situation and to investigate the impact of achievement motivation ,social support on career decision-making self-efficacy.Through this study to explore effective ways to improve career decision-making self-efficacy, provide guidance for graduates,and provide effective help to employment of university graduates for the employment service agencies .The subjects include a total of 1004 graduates from local normal universities in jiangxi.This research make use of Career Decision-making Self-efficacy Scale,Achievement Motivation Scale, Social Support Questionnaire to investigate,while analyze the characteristic of career decision-making self-efficacy in many aspects,and also using correlation analysis,regression analysis,variance analysis of statistical methods,and explore the impact of Achievement Motivation ,Social Support on career decision-making self-efficacy.It is found that(1)the levels of graduate career decision-making self-efficacy are elevated average,which means graduates from local normal universities have a higher level of career decision-making self-efficacy when they choose career.(2) career decision-making self-efficacy in terms of gender, specialty,there is a significant difference;but in the terms of urban and rural,single child or not, normal universities or not, Education level ,there is no significant difference.(3) There are significant correlations among the career decision-making self-efficacy and achievement motivation.(4) There are significant correlations among the career decision-making self-efficacy and social support.(5) achievement motivation and social support can be used to predict every dimension score of career decision-making self-efficacy. The established regression equation was statistically significant.The perceived gender,achievement motivation ,social support, can explain 16.7% of the variance of the graduates'CDMSE. |
