According to the related researches, social support, achievement motive and Work Values play an important role in the process of career decision-making. In modern society, the increasingly fierce competitions under the employment of college students are facing pressure, confusion more and more. Therefore, the thesis makes a study of the effect upon the difficulties of career decision-making, which is from social support, achievement motive and Work Values.The study adopts the method of random sample, and finishes the questionnaire investigation of 450 sophomores to seniors, by means of CDDQ revised by Tian Xiulan, Work Values questionnaire complied by Jin Shenghua, achievement motivation questionnaire (AMS) and social support questionnaire. And the results are listed as follows:(1) the students in different gender "hesitancy", "outer" on the factors are significantly different. The boys in the external conflict than girls, the girls in the indecision is greater than boys of career decision-making difficulties.(2) different grade students in the external conflicts are significantly different. After using multiple inspection, the seniors in the external conflicts of career decision-making difficulties than junior students.(3) different professional students their career decision-making difficulties exist significant differences. In "of their insufficient understanding" and "how to access data" these two factors and the "information" dimension, had a very difficult living than liberal arts, living with greater than liberal arts of career decision-making difficulties.(4) the students live in different external conflicts have significant difference factor is the source of students who live in city than who live in town have more career decision-making difficulties.(5) Partial dimensions of the social support has the negative correlation with the career decision-making difficulties. Partial dimensions of the work values have the positive correlation with the career decision-making difficulties. Achievement motivation has the negative correlation with the dimensions of the career decision-making difficulties.(6) Work Values in social support to the influence of career decision-making difficulties existing in intermediary effect. Work Values in achievement motivation for the influence of career decision-making difficulties existing in intermediary effect.
