As the most common and frequent educational method in kindergarten and family education,reward is conducive to cultivating children’s self-confidence,stimulating children’s intrinsic motivation,and promoting children’s social development.At the same time,parents and teachers cooperate with each other in parenting,which is conducive to the exchange and communication of information on children’s rewards in the process of mutual parenting at home,thereby promoting the effective implementation of children’s rewards on both sides.In view of this,this study first went deep into the S Kindergarten in Tongren City to conduct observation and interviews,and combined with the results of the observation and interviews,randomly selected the remaining three kindergartens in the city,including the S Kindergarten,a total of four kindergartens(three public and one private).308 kindergarten parents and 78 kindergarten teachers conducted a questionnaire survey.Secondly,through the statistics and analysis of the survey data,it is found that in the recognition of rewards,both parents and teachers believe that rewarding children is very important,but the two have inconsistent attitudes towards the negative effects of reward implementation.,the parent is based on the personal orientation,and the teacher is based on the process orientation.In terms of reward purpose,the purpose of rewarding children on both sides of the home is mainly to cultivate children’s good behavior habits.In terms of reward standards,the reward standards set by parents and teachers are mainly "obedient" and "good performance",which are vague and random.In terms of reward methods,parents mostly use material rewards,while teachers tend to use spiritual rewards.In terms of reward frequency,the frequency of rewarding young children in a certain period of time by both sides of the home is relatively high.When it comes to reward timing,both parents and teachers tend to reward them in a timely manner.Thirdly,the study also found the following problems in children’s reward from the perspective of home co-education: first,the forms of rewards between the two sides of the home are different and there is less cooperation;second,the improper rewards of parents affect the effect and sustainability of teachers’ reward;third,teachers Reward education guidance for parents is mostly superficial;fourth,parents rarely cooperate with teachers’ reward education guidance.The reason is that the kindergarten lacks a perfect reward and co-education mechanism;the awareness of reward and co-education of children on both sides of the home is weak;the ability of children on both sides of the home to reward and co-educate is insufficient.Finally,in order to solve the problems existing in children’s rewards from the perspective of home co-education,this study puts forward the following suggestions: First,it is recommended that kindergartens optimize the co-education mechanism,establish a separate parent working group,and improve the operating mechanism of the parent committee at different levels,based on the co-education mechanism.,starting from the combination of rewards and punishments,cooperation in the form of rewards,and emphasis on the follow-up reinforcement of rewards from both sides of the family,coordinate and co-educate the implementation of child rewards,and include the work of parents into the teacher assessment system separately,and set up parent progress awards,parent honor rolls,etc.;secondly,It is suggested to change and strengthen the awareness of mutual education between the two sides of the family.One is to advocate the promotion of the concept of children’s rewards and the concept of mutual education in the home,and at the same time,pay attention to the concept that teachers have mastered to the parents of the children;the second is to use various applications,such as children’s Educational APPs,kindergarten We Chat official accounts and small programs,Weibo,blogs or other social forums,give full play to traditional communication methods such as home visits,theme parent meetings,parent-child activities,etc.,to broaden the channels for online and offline communication and information exchange between parents and teachers;It is recommended to improve the ability of children on both sides of the family to reward and co-educate.First,it emphasizes that teachers and parents should be educated and trained from the purpose,content and method of training through We Chat public accounts,special lectures by famous teachers,and parent salons.The second is to advocate open teachers.The teaching log helps parents build a knowledge map of early childhood education and rewards,and at the beginning of each month,parents are distributed educational materials around the specific theme of early childhood rewards and discussed at the end of the month to build a home reward education and learning community.
