| With the rapid development of science, technology and economy in China, the rate of congenital disability has decreased significantly, but the rate of acquired disability caused by accidents is increasing.Teenagers are in the stage of physical development. They are inferior to adults in strength, thinking and adaptability. They are often more vulnerable to accidental injuries. The primary core task of adolescent adolescents is to solve the conflict between self-identity and role confusion. However, due to the sudden and unpredictable characteristics of accidental injuries, postnatal physically disabled adolescents do not make psychological preparation in the event of accidents. After physical disability, their past experience and future continuity of normal life relying on sound limbs formed in the period of health are separated,Therefore, when facing new social requirements and social roles, they will feel more perplexed and confused.Under the dual influence of physical defects and psychological pressure, adolescents with acquired physical disabilities are often prone to form biased self-concept,build a "disabled" and "incomplete" self-image identity in their hearts, and have a low sense of self-identity,which seriously affects their healthy growth and social integration. This study takes an accidental mutilated teenager contacted by the author as the research object, systematically analyzes and evaluates the problems faced by the service object and the existing self-identity obstacles through research methods such as participation observation,in-depth interview and case work, analyzes the factors affecting the development of self-identity,selects narrative therapy as the intervention method according to the influencing factors, and adopts externalized dialogue, reshape dialogue Interventions such as rewriting stories, drawing maps and developing supportive dialogue help them clarify and deconstruct negative self-identity,construct and consolidate positive self-identity,recall the past, feel the present and look forward to the future through narration,so as to ensure the cross temporal continuity of self-identity.Finally,through the measurement of the scale and the evaluation of important others around the service object, the case service is evaluated. The service object shows a good state in terms of physiological identity, psychological identity, social identity and family identity,so as to draw the research conclusion: the narrative treatment model is applicable to the postnatal disabled adolescents, and can help them reshape their positive self-identity.After drawing the research conclusion, reflect on the whole case service process, then summarize the shortcomings in practical service and put forward corresponding suggestions, hoping to provide some method reference for social work practice in this field in the future. |
