| Employment is fundamental to people’s livelihood.With the promotion of gender equality awareness and women’s social status,women’s employment has attracted more and more attention.Although China’s law stipulates that men and women enjoy equal employment rights,affected by traditional gender concepts and social division of labor,women’s equal employment rights and welfare treatment in the actual employment process are not fully guaranteed.Against the backdrop of the normalization of COVID-19 and the double reduction policy,China’s overall employment situation is very grim,urban registered unemployment rate has risen,there are more and more unemployed people waiting for employment.The emergence of the Internet has greatly improved labor productivity,promoted the change of social mode of production and the adjustment of economic structure,including the innovation of employment and job hunting forms,rational use of Internet technology will promote employment.Unemployed women,as a vulnerable group,have limited ability to obtain employment resources through the Internet,so they need reemployment training in Internet operation.This study takes unemployed women in S community of Weifang city as the research object,collects the data of the research object through questionnaire method and interview method,and summarizes the reemployment dilemma faced by unemployed women in the Internet era as multiple psychological burden and low acceptance of new things through analysis of the research data.Lack of employment skills,low job fit in emerging industries;Employment information is blocked,the way of applying for jobs is traditional.The causes of unemployed women’s re-employment problems include heavy family affairs,lack of their own workplace competitiveness,shortage of employment skills training and pressed for entrepreneurial support.Therefore,this paper puts the issue of improving the reemployment ability of unemployed groups under the perspective of Internet use,uses social learning theory,social support theory,empowerment theory and advantage perspective as theoretical basis,and uses group work method,one of the three major working methods of social work,to intervene unemployed women in S community.This paper focuses on Internet employment skills training to carry out group activities for service objects,so as to enhance the reemployment ability of unemployed women,explore the promotion and promotion mechanism of Internet use for the reemployment ability of unemployed groups,and put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions to promote the successful reemployment of unemployed women.The innovation of this paper is to combine the background of Internet development with the reemployment of unemployed groups,carry out professional services through group work,and explore the mechanism of promoting and enhancing the reemployment ability of unemployed women through Internet use.Finally,the research conclusions of this paper are as follows: group work mode can meet the needs of unemployed women to a certain extent and achieve certain service effects,rational use of the Internet can enhance the reemployment ability of unemployed women and promote the successful reemployment of unemployed women. |
