| “Soft quality” mainly consists of four parts: agility,coordination,balance and flexibility,which is the essential basic quality of ice hockey players.Because of the high cost of hockey stadiums and equipment,there are few areas to carry out ice hockey events,and many areas have not carried out the soft quality training of ice hockey players.Therefore,it has practical significance to explore an economical and effective way to improve the soft quality of hockey players.This paper discusses the influence of rope skipping training on the soft quality of young hockey players by using the method of literature,mathematical statistics,field investigation and experiment.30 ice hockey players from adolescent amateur sports school in Heihe City were randomly selected as the experimental subjects.30 members of the second echelon were divided into the experimental group and the control group.Take two weeks of pre-experiment and 12 weeks of formal experiment,three times a week.The experimental group received 20 minutes of rope skipping training,the control group received the same intensity of running training.Hexagonal ball test(HBT),harre circuit test(HCT),Y balance test(YBT),closed-eye with one foot stand test and sit and reach test were selected to evaluate player’s agility,coordination,unilateral dynamic balance,static balance and flexibility.Results: After 12 weeks of experiment,the scores of HBT,HCT,YBT and closed-eye with one foot stand test in the experimental group were improved significantly(P <0.05).It was better than the control group(P <0.05).The results of sit and reach test were improved,but there was no significant difference between them(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.12-week Skipping training can improve the soft quality of young hockey players overall.2.Skipping rope training is more obvious than conventional training around piles to improve the sensitivity,coordination and balance quality of young ice hockey players.3.The flexibility of young hockey players does not necessarily improve with the improvement of agility,balance and coordination in rope skipping training.4.Skipping training can be used as a supplement to the specialized skills and tactical training of children and juvenile in ice hockey training. |
