Study On Dynamic Mechanism Of Volleyball Development In Colleges And Universities In Xi ’an

Research Objectives: In this paper,by analyzing the volleyball,the dynamic mechanism of related research,to seek in xi ’an region problems existing in the process of college volleyball development,and make a dynamic mechanism model of college volleyball development in xi’ an region,according to the mechanism model is put forward the corresponding countermeasures to its development,effective operation,to promote the development of volleyball campus to promote the healthy development of our country sports enterprise.Research methods: This article USES the literature material method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,factor analysis,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,the dynamic mechanism of college volleyball development in xi ’an area as the research object,aiming at the problems existing in the development process of colleges and universities in xi ’an area of volleyball development dynamic mechanism research dynamic optimization Suggestions,And improve the problems existing in the process of development.The results are as follows :（1）The dynamic mechanism of volleyball in colleges and universities in xi ’an involves many subordinate mechanisms,such as economy,culture,education,government public service and sports.Its theoretical basis is derived from the operation theory of social mechanism,but different from this theory,it has its own unique theoretical characteristics and operation mode.（2）The driving factors for the development of volleyball in colleges and universities in Xi ’an include individual factors,school factors,government factors and social factors.Individual factors include volleyball value and sports level;School factors involving volleyball teachers,hardware facilities;Government factors involve policy guidance;Social factors involve social concerns,mass media and so on.（3）The constitution of the dynamic mechanism of volleyball development in colleges and universities in Xi ’an: the main body of the dynamic mechanism is the power transmission composed of students,schools,government,society and culture,information and interests;The function of dynamic mechanism is to develop and provide the dynamic development of campus volleyball to meet the needs of student groups.Dynamic mechanism operation process is the development of power source,dynamic transformation and supervisory feedback mechanism.Conclusion :（1）the development of dynamic mechanism of volleyball in universities in xi ’an is as follows: the popularization scope and intensity of volleyball in universities in xi ’an are too small,which has a serious impact on expanding the coverage of volleyball population;Volleyball sports hardware facilities are not complete,affecting students to participate in volleyball enthusiasm.The main reasons are: students lack of enthusiasm for volleyball;The volleyball teachers in colleges and universities are weak and the school hardware facilities are poor.The government lacks guidance and management system is not perfect;Lack of publicity,lack of social influence.（2）The problems in the development of volleyball in colleges and universities in Xi’an are mainly reflected in the four factors of students,schools,government and society,which are summarized as: lack of cultural awareness,imperfect mechanism,insufficient guidance,imperfect hardware facilities,insufficient publicity and low teaching level.（3）The construction of the dynamic mechanism of the development of volleyball in colleges and universities in Xi ’an mainly includes the structure,function,operation process means and principle of the dynamic mechanism.The structure of the dynamic mechanism includes the main body of the dynamic mechanism and the transmission of the dynamic mechanism.The main body of the dynamic mechanism includes students,schools,government and society,as well as the transmission of the culture,information and interests.The function of dynamic mechanism mainly refers to the development and provision of appropriate motivation for the development of volleyball in colleges and universities in Xi ’an.The dynamic mechanism of volleyball development in colleges and universities in Xi ’an mainly includes the development of dynamic source,dynamic transformation and supervisory feedback mechanism.（4）Dynamic countermeasures for the development of volleyball in colleges and universities in Xi ’an: 1)Improve students’ active initiative in volleyball;2)Improve the school hardware facilities,strengthen the volleyball teachers special business training;3)Government departments play a leading role and improve the organizational management system;4)Introducing social resources to promote the benign development of volleyball in colleges and universities.
