In recent years, as Chinese family structure changing from single to multiple, the numeber of single-parent families continues to increase.Children growing up in single-parent families will encounter growing pains such as learning problems, psychological problems, interpersonal problems because of incomlete structure of family, financial difficulties, social prejudice and discrimination. When these children face growing difficulties, in my opinon, they have the potential and advantages to solve them. Based on the advantages of perspective, we should help them develop their potential and ehance their value, help single-parent families children grow up in a better way.From the perspective of social work and based on strength perspective, the social sustain networks, we conduct group work and try to find solutions to help children of single-parent families encounter growing pains.
