Preparation before teaching is the basis of teachers’ class and the guarantee of improving teaching quality.With the deepening of the research on Teachers’ teaching ability,teaching preparation ability has increasingly become a topic worthy of attention.It is closely related to teachers,students and classroom,and also plays an important role in normal professional certification.Compared with other disciplines,the teaching of physical education has both commonness and individuality,such as the analysis of learning situation,the preset of sports load,the preparation of teaching resources and field equipment,etc.After realizing the importance of teaching preparation,how to judge the development level of teaching preparation ability of normal students majoring in physical education has become an urgent problem to be solved at present and in the future.Therefore,the development and application of the certification standard of teaching preparation ability of physical education normal students based on Micro-credentials has certain theoretical and practical significance.The research object is the development of the certification standard of teaching preparation ability of physical education normal students based on Micro-credentials.Using the methods of literature and expert interview,ten ability points constituting the teaching preparation ability of normal students majoring in physical education are determined,and the corresponding certification norms are developed.In order to test the scientificity and feasibility of the certification standard,the text analysis method is used to analyze and certify the evidence materials submitted by physical education normal students.Through the above theoretical and practical research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Through the methods of literature and two rounds of expert interviews,10 ability points constituting the teaching preparation ability of normal students majoring in physical education are determined,including: analyzing curriculum standards and teaching materials,carrying out learning situation analysis,determining learning objectives,designing learning process,preparing teaching resources,designing learning situation,designing performance tasks,integrating learning resources,designing learning support,and carrying out inspection and optimization.This structure can better reflect the teaching preparation ability of normal students majoring in physical education.(2)According to the concept and framework of the development of the certification specification of micro certification,the certification specification of 10 capability points is developed,mainly including practical problems,development objectives,practical tasks,evaluation criteria and practical suggestions.Then the certification specification is tried out,and it is considered to have good operability.(3)the study randomly selected 20 normal students majoring in physical education.According to this certification specification,the evidence materials submitted by normal students are analyzed to judge their teaching preparation ability level.The results show that 10 are good and 10 are qualified.It is concluded that this certification specification can accurately judge the teaching preparation ability level of normal students.
