| With the deepening of teaching reform,the state continues to propose to strengthen and improve teachers’ education and teaching ability.In the reform of teacher qualification recognition,the Ministry of Education stipulates that normal school students can be exempted from examination to determine the qualifications of primary and secondary school teachers,and requires the establishment and improvement of normal school students’ education and teaching ability assessment system.However,the assessment and evaluation of teaching implementation ability of normal college students majoring in physical education is still lack of a scientific and systematic system,which results in some problems such as incomplete and unreal assessment of teaching implementation ability of normal students majoring in physical education.Therefore,in order to better assess and evaluate the ability of normal students majoring in physical education,this study draws lessons from the relevant theory of micro-certification to develop the certification standard of teaching implementation ability of normal students majoring in physical education,so as to provide reference for the assessment and evaluation of teaching ability of normal students majoring in physical education.This paper takes the certification standard of teaching implementation ability of normal college students majoring in physical education based on micro-certification as the research object.By using the methods of literature,interview,text and video analysis and mathematical statistics,this paper first determines the teaching ability points of normal students majoring in physical education,and then develops the corresponding certification norms for each ability point.finally,the teaching ability of normal students majoring in physical education is certified in order to test the scientificity and feasibility of the certification standards developed by the institute.Through the study,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The established teaching implementation ability points can reflect the teaching implementation ability of normal students majoring in physical education comprehensively.Through a large number of literature review,the elements of teaching implementation ability of PE normal university students are preliminarily determined.After two rounds of expert interviews,relatively unanimous opinions are reached.Finally,nine physical education teaching implementation ability points are determined: explanation and demonstration,question and answer,organization of group practice,diagnosis and error correction,summary and promotion,handling emergencies,regulation and control of sports load,organization of display and competition,and application of teaching media,which can better reflect the teaching implementation ability of normal students majoring in physical education.(2)It is scientific to standardize the teaching implementation ability certification of normal students majoring in physical education based on micro-certification.The research determines the basic framework of teaching implementation ability certification standard for PE normal university students,including ability overview,practical problems,development goals,suggestions for improvement,evidence submission,evaluation criteria and four evaluation levels.On this basis,nine teaching implementation ability certification standards are developed respectively.The evaluation criteria of each ability point in the certification standard can objectively evaluate the teaching implementation ability level of normal students majoring in physical education through the rater reliability test.(3)The standard of teaching ability certification for normal students majoring in physical education has certain maneuverability and validity.This paper choose the education internship courses to collect relevant evidence,mainly with the aid of east China normal university education internship remote management platform,a random sample of 20 materials submitted to the teaching implementation ability certification by 20 normal students majoring in physical education who study in east China normal university.The results show that the developed certification standards can conveniently and effectively examine and evaluate the teaching implementation ability of normal students majoring in physical education. |
