Construction And Application Of Teaching Ability Evaluation Index System For Physical Education Students Under Teacher Professional Certification

The notice of the Ministry of Education on the publication of the implementing measures for the professional certification of teachers in ordinary colleges and universities(provisionally)sets new requirements for the teaching ability of ordinary pupils.In order to better implement teacher certification in physical education,it is necessary to build a teaching ability evaluation system for physical education students who meet the requirements of teacher professional certification,which is also the main purpose of this study.(1)Using the literature method,the relevant literature such as "teacher professional certification","teaching ability" and "physical education teaching ability" were sorted out and analyzed,and the framework of the teaching ability index system of physical education students under the teacher professional certification was formulated,and an expert questionnaire was designed based on the constructed index system.(2)Using the Delphi method,an expert questionnaire was designed based on the evaluation index system of physical education students under the initial teacher professional certification,and12 experts were sent to solicit their suggestions,so as to realize the screening and optimization of the indicators.(3)Using the analytical hierarchy method,according to the evaluation index system of the teaching ability of sports students within the framework of teacher professional certification,a questionnaire on the relative importance of each indicator was compiled,and the opinions were issued to experts,and then the judgment matrix was constructed to obtain the weight of each index.(4)Using the questionnaire survey method,according to According to the assessment index system of skills to teach students physical education within the framework of teacher professional certification,professional certification,the "Questionnaire on the Status Quo of Teaching Ability of Physical Education Students under Teacher Professional Certification" was compiled,and the teaching ability of junior and senior students majoring in physical education of S Normal University was investigated,and the overall analysis,demographic variable analysis and related analysis of the survey results were carried out,so as to grasp the advantages and shortcomings of students’ teaching ability of the school,so as to put forward targeted suggestions.(5)According to the survey,(1)the index system for assessing the teaching capacity of physical education students in teachers’ qualifications consists of four first-level indicators: lesson design capacity,teaching implementation capacity,guidance assessment capacity,and education and research capacity,18 second-level indicators and 51 third-level indicators;(2)The application of this index system has clarified the advantages and disadvantages of the teaching capacity of students majoring in physical education at Normal University S and has found that the index system for assessing the teaching capacity of students specializing in physical education in the context of priority certification of teacher education has the effect of orienting and diagnosing students who specialize in education physics in universities.
