A country prospers when education is strong,and a country is strong when education is strong.Our country has always given priority to development,so the state set out toadvance professional certification,to train scientific knowledge and outstanding talents needed for the development of the party and state cause.This paper takes the cultivation of students’ teaching ability under the background of normal professional certification as the research object,using the methods of standard analysis questionnaire survey and other research methods,to “Normal professional certification standards promulgated by the Ministry of Education as the benchmark.Compare the content related to teaching ability in the physical education major training program of C College,investigate and analyze the teaching ability cultivation of 19 physical education students in C College,the current situation of off-campus teaching practice and the factors affecting students’ teaching ability.The research holds that:(1)The curriculum setting in the physical education major training program of C College is reasonable,which can meet the requirements of primary and secondary school teaching on the teaching ability of normal physical education students,consistent with the specific requirements of the certification standards: the cultivation of teaching ability in the syllabus of 8 special courses of “Special Theory and Practice”,whether theoretical or practical courses.The teaching content of the training of teaching ability is in line with the teaching ability requirements of the Certification Standard for Normal Professional(II).(2)The distribution of theoretical class hours in different specialties of physical education major of College C is relatively concentrated,but the distribution of practical training class hours has a large gap.The setting of teaching contents of different special theoretical courses has roughly the same theoretical knowledge for the cultivation of teaching ability.On the setting of teaching content of practical training course.Only track and field and volleyball involve the cultivation of speaking lessons and mini-lessons,while volleyball does not involve the cultivation of competition organization and judgment,no matter in the theory or practical training.There are small differences in the cultivation of teaching implementation ability.Teaching evaluation ability is based on group evaluation,inter-group evaluation and teacher evaluation the culture was carried out in combination with valence.(3)Evaluation of teaching design ability of students majoring in physical education in C College: the ability of selecting and applying teaching methods;the ability of learning is normal;the teaching materials is relatively poor,especially it is very difficult;the ability of compiling and writing teaching plans is quite different.(4)Evaluation of teaching implementation ability of students majoring in physical education of C College: The evaluation of practice instructors is almost the same as the self-evaluation.They all believe that the action demonstration ability,language expression ability and protection and help ability are the best,and the mastery of the teaching and handling ability is poor,and the mastery degree of students varies greatly.(5)Evaluation of teaching evaluation ability of students majoring in Physical Education of C College: The evaluation of practice instructors is completely different from the self-evaluation.Self-evaluation believes that students’ evaluation ability and self-reflection,teaching summary and evaluation ability are poor,and the mastery degree varies greatly.(6)There are many factors affecting the teaching ability of students majoring in physical education: including students’ professional knowledge reserve and basic skills,Self-attention and learning attitude have a great influence on the formation of teaching ability;At present,the training of motor skills in schools is above the average level,Can meet the needs of physical education teaching in primary and secondary schools;All the special teachers attach great importance to the cultivation of students’ teaching ability,And the training runs through the whole process of students’ learning;A few practice instructors do not play a "leading" role,And let the students themselves to explore in the teaching practice,The lack of guidance for the internship students;Other factors such as school curriculum and teaching practice also affect students’ teaching ability.
