The idea is the forerunner of action,certain educational practice is led by a certain concept.Whether the concept is correct,fundamentally determine the effectiveness of educational practice and even the success or failure.Class management is an important educational practice in all kinds of schools at all levels,and requires a scientific and effective concept to lead.UNESCO's "Learning to Survive" states that "education in the future must turn the object of education into the subject of education itself." In other words,it is how to educate the learners to successfully develop themselves.The idea of "student-oriented education" is to realize this ideal.Student-oriented education is based on "all for students,a high degree of respect for students,students rely on a comprehensive" for the purpose of education,is truly "to master the development of students,designed for students" education is to achieve "to facilitate teachers Management and management" to "conducive to student development and design management " change in education.The class management of vocational schools directly affects the quality of vocational students,thus affecting the overall development of vocational education.It is beneficial for schools and teachers to carry out their work,improve the quality of education,improve the life of students,and help the students to grow up healthily and become a full-fledged student in the class management of secondary vocational schools.This paper investigates the current situation of class management in secondary vocational schools,and lists five problems in class management from the perspective of student-centered education: the concept of student-oriented education is seriously lacking;teachers lack knowledge of education ontology;the role of teachers and students have not been a fundamental change;class teacher did not really rely on students;students self-management capacity still need to improve.In order to solve the existing problems,the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions: the school should create a strong student-oriented education atmosphere;teachers should strengthen the research on student-oriented education theory;efforts to achieve fundamental change in the roles of teacher and student;teacher to have difficulty finding students to cultivate and enhance students ' self-management skills.Finally,states the practical guidance and reflection on the class management under the student-oriented education philosophy in secondary vocational school,and points out that the future trend of class management in secondary vocational schools: class with the integration of modern education technology management and student-oriented class.It is necessary to break the old concept of deep-rootedness,to abandon the old and backward educational thoughts,and to form a five-in-one together to form a family,school,society,teachers and students.I believe that no matter what level,as long as adhere to the "all the students in order to enhance the life" beautiful mind,students of this educational philosophy will bear fruitful results.
