Study On Vocational College's Students Management Based On The Ideal Of Student-oriented Education

Along with the multiple development of modern society and constant change of people's values, the traditional student management pattern has already not applied to the needs of the development of the students in the new period. Social diversity and people's values calls for new management mode. In this background, and student-oriented education management idea arises at the historic moment. The core idea of student-oriented is that education highlights students'dominant status, from the need of students'development, so that students can show off their individualities and make their physical and mental development actively, comprehensively and sustainablely.Student-oriented education is relative with teacher-oriented education, but there is a difference between them in essence. Firstly, the relationship between teachers and students is not the same, the former emphasizes the teachers and students are equal, each are the subject and object, the latter outstanding teachers'status and students are in a passive position; Secondly, the way of education between two is different, one highlights students' dominant status, all students are given priority, the other considers teachers as number one and the center; Again, two ways of evaluation are not the same.In the concept of student-oriented education, developing evaluation is given priority, managers pay attention to development process. Teacher-oriented education takes punitive evaluation measure, in pursuit of the results.According to student-oriented education idea,we put forward vocational college student management strategies:Firstly, we should set up the flexible management idea; Second, strengthen the ability of the students' self management; Again, intensify the construction of campus culture; Finally, improve the quality of the management team.
