| In recent years,with the rapid development of emerging education technologies such as "Internet + education" and "education informatization",online teaching has become the "new normal" in the post epidemic period.Facing the needs of vocational education online teaching development,vocational teachers’ online teaching professional development and teaching competency research,the research on Vocational Teachers’ online teaching competency is still a problem to be further studied.Therefore,this study takes the construction and application of online teaching competency model of higher vocational teachers as the main content.The research purposes are: first,to build the online teaching competency model of higher vocational teachers,second,to test and test the online teaching competency model of higher vocational teachers,and third,to study the application of online teaching competency model of higher vocational teachers.The first is theoretical research,using the method of literature analysis to define the relevant core concepts and research theoretical basis on the basis of existing research.The second is the construction of theoretical model.On the basis of clarifying the method of model construction,using the methods of literature analysis,content analysis and behavior event interview,and with the help of NVivo qualitative research software,this paper extracts the core elements of relevant competency,and constructs the initial model of online teaching competency of higher vocational teachers with 44 competency elements in four dimensions on the basis of onion model and relevant theories.The third is the theoretical model test.The theoretical model is preliminarily tested by using the questionnaire method,SPSS and Amos software.Through the test,the online teaching competency model of higher vocational teachers with 4 dimensions and 31 competency elements is finally formed.The test results show that the online teaching competency model of higher vocational teachers has good fitting and good reliability and validity of the questionnaire;The four dimensions are vocational online teaching knowledge,vocational online teaching skills,professional personal characteristics and professional character.The last is the application of the model.The questionnaire survey method is used to study the application of the model,investigate the current situation of 536 Higher Vocational Teachers’ online teaching competency in Guangdong Province and other regions,and test the online teaching competency model of higher vocational teachers from the perspective of application.The results show that the online teaching competence of higher vocational teachers is generally good.From the perspective of each dimension,the highest level of online teaching competency of higher vocational teachers is vocational online teaching skill dimension,followed by vocational online teaching knowledge dimension,professional character dimension,and finally professional personal trait dimension.The data show that the online teaching competency of higher vocational teachers is at an upper level in the whole and all dimensions.In the difference analysis,age,teaching age,cumulative time of participating in online teaching,professional title,highest educational background,teaching discipline and school area all have a certain impact on the online teaching competency of higher vocational teachers to varying degrees.This paper analyzes the Countermeasures for the elements with relatively low scores in the four dimensions.In terms of knowledge,it is suggested to improve teachers’ professional quality of online teaching and improve the working software and hardware environment of higher vocational teachers;In terms of skills,it is suggested to promote the differentiation of higher vocational teacher training;In terms of personal characteristics,it is suggested to develop teachers’ innovative thinking ability and overcome teachers’ job burnout;In terms of professional character,it is suggested to introduce online teaching assessment and evaluation system to stimulate online teaching enthusiasm;By encouraging the normalization of online teaching,higher vocational teachers can develop online teaching competence in practice. |
