| To meet the need of the socialism modernization on the application of personnel,our country's higher vocational education has secured a preliminary experience through hard practice and exploration. But important questions such as developmental strategies and personnel training patterns that higher vocational education faces to the new century, also need further enhance the understanding and the thorough deliberation, and we should make it consummate unceasingly, and make the higher vocational education develop forward along the correct track, with high quality, high benefit and characteristic distinctively. To construct the higher vocational"Double Competency"teaching staff according to the reality, is not only the key of realizing the vocational education and teaching plan,but also the key of whether the vocational education can be characteristic.This research is competent the strength fundamental research experience and the quality at present in"Double Competency"teaching staffs of higher vocational institutions in the connotation analysis foundation,uses the way of behavior event interview,refines vocational"Double Competency"teaching staffs'40 competent characteristic essential factor,then the establishment questionnaire implements the questionnaire survey in view of some higher professional technology institute's 120 student in Fujian Province,the use statistics software SPSS 11.5 factor analyses carries on the data analysis to in the questionnaire competent characteristic essential factor. The findings indicated that, vocational"Double Competency"teaching staff;the teacher is competent the strength model altogether to include 6 sides general,40 dimensions,include specifically:The teaching accomplishment,the team spirit,scientific research ability,development consciousness,the good point of view,the teaching managed capacity (pressure bearing capacity,organization coordinates ability,crisis management ability, master plan ability).Based on this study to establish the Vocational "Double Competency" of teaching staffs, we developed the training programme on high-quality "Double Competency" teaching staffs of higher vocational institutions. |
