| Since 2003,the Chinese elderly sports association gas volleyball special committee to carry out the "national elderly gas volleyball of township" named activities,the national successfully approved "the hometown of national elderly gas volleyball" title,xuanen county,Hubei province also approved in 2022,the activity greatly promoted the development of the local gas volleyball.At present,Shayang County,Jingmen City,Hubei Province,is trying its best to build the national hometown of elderly air volleyball.Although Shayang County is very determined,it still faces many problems.So how to make Shayang County successfully build the national elderly air volleyball hometown and promote the healthy development of air volleyball is a problem worthy of in-depth study.This paper through the literature method,field investigation,logical analysis and interview method of shayang county gas volleyball association,field equipment,funds,the referee and coaches,game situation,based on the application of the six requirements,analyze the problems existing in shayang county gas volleyball development,and using the SWOT analysis matrix analysis model,put forward the construction of the township of the elderly gas volleyball strategy.Through the research,it is found that:(1)the shayang county gas volleyball association has entered the track of standardization,long-term effect and sustainable development,And the construction of the national elderly gas volleyball township has to drive the economic development,improve the spirit of the masses,the formation of a good social atmosphere,conducive to the employment of air volleyball talents and the promotion of sports culture of Shayang County and other good advantages;(2)There are some problems in Shayang County,such as insufficient gas volleyball venues,insufficient equipment development and transformation efforts,insufficient funds,small number of elderly people participating in gas volleyball sports and insufficient number of backbone teams;(3)By comparing the development of air volleyball in Shayang County with the six naming requirements proposed by the Old Sports Association and the development of gas volleyball in Xuan’en County,It was found that Shayang County met the requirements in three aspects of organization and guarantee,display and communication,and paying attention to publicity,but failed to meet the standards in three aspects of work foundation,site funding investment and education and training;(4)Through SWOT analysis,it is found that: leaders attach importance to it,government support,perfect competition operation organization,and rich cultural tourism resources are their advantages;Air volleyball project started late,the number of participants is weak,the reserve talent is insufficient,the popularity is not enough is its disadvantages;The national fitness plan,the development of national economy,gas volleyball as the official event of the National Games,the development potential of new sports,the vigorous development of all levels of events is its development opportunity;The unbalanced development of urban and rural areas,the threat of other sports,the lack of effective training and management mode,the lack of sports atmosphere and the trend of competitive sports are the main threats;(5)Shayang County should implement the development opportunity of the "national fitness" strategy and pay attention to the diversified development of gas volleyball events;To strengthen the urban communication with the development of air volleyball,excavate the potential social forces;Enhance people’s sense of identity with air volleyball,Create a good sports atmosphere,pay attention to the development of regional gas volleyball;As well as the introduction of professional talents,stabilize the mass foundation of air volleyball and other aspects to strengthen the construction.In view of the current development of gas volleyball in Shayang County,reasonable suggestions are put forward from the aspects of work basis,field funds,and education and training parties... |
