Research On Internal Governance Of Sports Social Groups In Guizhou Province

Sports social groups are an important force in social governance and an indispensable part of the modernization of sports governance and the construction of a strong sports country.With the continuous advancement of sports governance reform,sports social groups have developed to a certain extent,but there are still many problems,and the internal governance problem has become the key restricting factor for their further rapid development.Through literature analysis,questionnaire surveys,interviews,field inspections and other research methods,combined with governance theory,the internal governance of sports social groups in Guizhou Province is studied,aiming to comprehensively analyze its internal governance structure,institutional regulations,governance methods and means,governance guarantee system,etc.On the basis of the content,dig deep into the main problems and propose solutions in a targeted manner,so as to provide theoretical reference for optimizing the internal governance of sports social groups in Guizhou Province.The main findings are as follows:（1）The organizations established within the Guizhou Provincial Sports Social Organization include member congress,council,board of supervisors,and secretariat.Among them,the member congress has a higher proportion,followed by the board of directors and the secretariat,and the supervisory board.Set the scale to the lowest.Different types of organizations have different responsibilities and play different roles in the internal governance of sports social groups in Guizhou Province.The member（representative）assembly is the authority,the council is the executive body,and the supervisory board is the supervisory body.（2）All sports associations in Guizhou Province have set up their articles of association,election system and personnel system.The proportion of other daily management systems is also relatively high,and the lowest proportion is the financial system and evaluation system;members have insufficient understanding of the rules and regulations,The normative and restrictive role of the rules and regulations is not obvious.（3）The internal governance mechanism of sports social groups in Guizhou Province mainly includes four parts: decision-making governance mechanism,personnel governance mechanism,financial governance mechanism and supervision and governance mechanism.Each part is closely related and affects each other,and jointly maintains the orderly development of the internal governance of the association..（4）The governance methods and means adopted by various sports social groups in Guizhou Province are not consistent.The sports social groups that have completed the decoupling are more inclined to choose the market-oriented way,and mainly carry out governance by economic methods;while the sports social groups that have not completed the decoupling are more inclined to choose the market-oriented method.It is more inclined to adopt an administrative approach to internal governance.（5）Guizhou Province sports social organizations pay more attention to the maintenance and development of members.They will strengthen exchanges and communication with members by holding various activities such as group building activities,sports events,tea parties,and anniversary activities,and carry out member maintenance.Some effective measures to develop new members.（6）The internal governance of sports social groups in Guizhou Province still has practical difficulties such as imperfect governance structure,inadequate internal supervision,serious resource dependence,insufficient self-hematopoietic capacity,insufficient full-time personnel,and poor service quality.Main recommendations:（1）Build a modern internal governance structure in accordance with the principles of social group formation,gradually supplement and improve the secretariat,council and board of supervisors and other institutions,clarify the powers and responsibilities of each institution,and form a sound organization,clear responsibilities and organic synergy within the Guizhou Provincial Sports Social Organization an organic whole.（2）Strengthen the construction of rules and regulations of sports associations,especially the information disclosure system,financial management system and evaluation system.Information should be released in a timely manner,and the channels for information publicity and release should be diversified;financial accounting and management should be standardized and subject to supervision;and the evaluation system should be scientific and reasonable.（3）All sports social groups can unite with party building organizations according to their own conditions,units and regions to further consolidate party building work,focus on giving full play to the advantages of the industry,effectively help the development of national fitness campaigns,promote the construction and development of sports social groups,and give play to their political core.leadership.（4）Continue to consolidate the construction of the talent team.First,select professional talents in a targeted manner by establishing a sound
