| Looking at the history of the development of labor education in China,it can be found that China has always attached importance to the relationship between education and labor,and has taken the combination of education and productive labor as China’s education policy.However,with the improvement of material living standards,labor education has been weakened in schools,diluted in society,and softened in the family.With the advent of the new era,General Secretary Xi Jinping has emphasized the importance of labor education at many important meetings,and the CPC Central Committee,the State Council and the education department have also promulgated a series of policy documents related to labor education,and labor education has once again attracted the attention of all parties,and has become an important part of the comprehensive training system of "morality,intelligence,physical fitness and labor",representing that labor education that has been "coldly treated" for a long time needs to truly return to the classroom.In this context,schools have begun to re-emphasize labor education,but most schools do not know what to do and how to do it,still "wear old shoes,take the old road",and stay in the traditional labor education curriculum stage.The new era calls for a labor education curriculum that is more suitable for the development of students,and primary schools,as the basic stage of basic education,have an important foundational role in the development of other stages.At present,the country still lacks relevant labor education curriculum standards,so based on the new era,it is very necessary to strengthen the theoretical research of primary school labor education curriculum,clarify the new intention and connotation of labor education curriculum,understand and grasp the problems existing in the current primary school labor education curriculum,and design a primary school labor education curriculum that meets the development needs of students and is suitable for the development of the times.Based on the new era,this study interprets relevant policy documents and literature,clarifies the essence and connotation of labor education and labor education curriculum in the new era through ontology research on primary school labor education curriculum,explores the theoretical basis on which primary school labor education curriculum in the new era relies,and on this basis clarifies the concept of primary school labor education curriculum in the new era,providing theoretical support for research.Then,the questionnaire survey method and the interview method were used to conduct empirical research to understand and grasp the current situation of the primary school labor education curriculum,the basic reality of the development of labor literacy of primary school students,and the actual demand of students for labor education courses.Through the survey,it was found that the teachers of the surveyed schools have insufficient understanding of the labor education curriculum,which is relatively one-sided,the positioning of the curriculum objectives is not clear,the teacher’s understanding of the objectives of the labor education course only stays at the level of labor skills,and from the perspective of the student’s learning results,the development reality of students’ labor literacy is not ideal,the labor cognition is not internalized,the lack of labor skills,and the labor habits are not solidified;The content of the course is relatively thin and lacks the advanced design of the system;The implementation of the curriculum is formal and single,the conditions for the implementation of the course need to be supplemented,and the safety and security mechanism is lacking;The curriculum evaluation mechanism is not perfect,the evaluation subject is single,in terms of evaluation content and method,most teachers conduct simple oral evaluation or quantitative extra points evaluation from these aspects such as labor results and labor method skills.In terms of students’ actual needs for labor education courses,it is found that most students hope that their labor ability and literacy have improved,and their interest in planting and breeding production and labor is higher,and they hope to go out of the campus to participate in the labor practice base outside the school to experience labor,and their labor performance and achievements can be recognized by teachers and parents.Based on the above findings combined with theoretical analysis,focus on curriculum design,put forward the following thinking from the four elements of the curriculum,clarify the course objectives,and establish three-dimensional goals that point to the cultivation of students’ labor literacy,not only pay attention to the obvious labor habits,labor ability and other practical qualities,but also pay attention to the cultivation of abstract and implicit labor concepts,labor feelings,labor spirit and other conceptual literacy;Select the content of labor education courses that reflect the characteristics of the times,strengthen the implementation of the curriculum,broaden the way of curriculum implementation,update the implementation methods,transform a single activity into a theme or project,and carry out the implementation in combination with teaching and field visits;Improve the curriculum evaluation mechanism,clearly point to the evaluation dimension of labor literacy,and realize the multi-subject evaluation that combines quality and quantification.At the same time,based on the actual needs of students,a curriculum case with the theme of planting conservation was designed to provide a certain reference for the effective implementation of labor education courses in the future. |
