| With the development of China into a new stage and the introduction of relevant policies,vocational education is increasingly paid attention to,and the secondary vocational students’ mental health is correspondingly concerned by the state.Relevant studies show that secondary vocational students are in adolescence,which is a period of high incidence of various psychological problems,and their mental health is not optimistic.One of the problems is social anxiety which is common and farreaching,and has seriously affected these students’ mental health and needs to be paid attention to.In addition,it has been continuously concerned by researchers in recent years due to its widespread frequency and far-reaching influence,so it is selected as the dependent variable of the study.Based on previous studies,fear of evaluation is the core factor affecting social anxiety,and the improvement of mindfulness level is an effective strategy to reduce individuals’ fear of evaluation and alleviate their social anxiety.Therefore,this study focused on the variables of trait mindfulness,fear of evaluation and social anxiety,including three parts: the first and second part was a questionnaire survey of 1200 secondary vocational students,aiming to study the current characteristic of them such as social anxiety,and deeply explore the influence of trait mindfulness and fear of evaluation on social anxiety and its specific mechanism;The third part,based on the first and second part,introduced and integrated mindfulness training to design a group guidance scheme which can effectively relieve these student’s social anxiety.And used it in the experimental group subjects’ intervention,aiming to demonstrate the effectiveness of the group counseling scheme,and evaluate the specific influence to these students’ trait mindfulness,fear of evaluation and social anxiety.According to relevant data analysis results,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)Secondary vocational students’ trait mindfulness,fear of negative evaluation and social anxiety are above average level.And those from single-parent families with left-behind experience has lower trait mindfulness level.The level of fear of negative evaluation of female students and those from single-parent families is higher,and the third grade is significantly higher than the second grade.The level of social anxiety of female students,and those from single-parent families with left-behind experience is higher,and the third grade is significantly higher than the first grade and the second grade.The level of secondary vocational students’ fear of positive evaluation is lower than the middle level,and the third grade is significantly higher than the first grade.(2)Trait mindfulness is negatively correlated with fear of negative evaluation,fear of positive evaluation and social anxiety.Fear of negative evaluation,fear of positive evaluation and social anxiety have significant positive correlation.(3)Trait mindfulness has a significant negative predictive effect on fear of negative evaluation,fear of positive evaluation and social anxiety.Fear of negative evaluation and fear of positive evaluation had significant positive predictive effect on social anxiety.Fear of negative evaluation and fear of positive evaluation play partial mediating roles in the influence of trait mindfulness on social anxiety of secondary vocational students.(4)Group counseling intervention combined with mindfulness training can significantly improve the trait mindfulness level of secondary vocational students,reduce their fear of negative evaluation and fear of positive evaluation,and relieve their social anxiety,and the effect may be long-term.Combined with the research conclusions,in order to better help secondary vocational students relieve social anxiety symptoms,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Improve the individual’s level of mindfulness;(2)Improve the individual’s fear of evaluation;(3)Form a joint effort between the family,school and society to help improve the individual’s social anxiety. |
