Research On The Optimal Supply Of Public Sports Services In Rural Areas Of Quanzhou From The Perspective Of Face Theory

With the aid of literature,interview and field survey,this article has conducted an intensive investigation and follow-up research on the current situation of the supply of the rural public sports service in Quanzhou,the hometown of overseas Chinese.The research results show that institutional improvement plays an essetial part in the development of rural public sports service,and the integration of formal and informal systems is the proper orientation of the effective supply of rural public sports service.First,Quanzhou has a unique regional situation.From personal capital to social capital,as an available resource,the rural informal system in Quanzhou rural area is very extensive.As an informal system,face has been playing a due and active role in the donations on the public sports service from overseas Chinese.Second,in terms of donations and contributions,the overseas Chinese have made significant progress in the development of rural public sports in Quanzhou,especially in human,materials and financial support.However,due to the complex internal and external environment,overseas Chinese have played a new role in boosting the development of rural public sports service in their hometown of Quanzhou since the reform and opening-up.The present donors have aged and the number of donations has decreased year by year.Compared with the first generation of overseas Chinese,the reserve force of overseas Chinese has gradually diminished,and it is difficult to effectively promote the development of rural public sports service.Third,in terms of cause analysis,it is mainly manifested in the following aspects.With the rapid development of the economy,the lack of two-way government interaction,the apparent weakening of the identity of the Chinese new generation to the hometown of overseas Chinese,and the weakening of the effect of overseas Chinese donations have become negative factors.As a result,face is difficult to construct the overseas for the Chinese,which stops the development of rural public sports service.Fourth,face is constructed and reconstructed.Based on the perspective of face theory,the support and development of rural public sports service can also be divided into two dimensions,internal motivation and external motivation.The internal motivation comes from the identity of Qiaoxiang culture,such as the self-expected moral economy,the behavior of exaggerating wealth,and the human relationship with blood and rural ties as the ties;The external motivation comes from the government’s effective measures,mainly for the positive image of government interaction.In view of this,based on face,based on the theory of institutional coupling,this article proposes a specific path for the effective supply of public sports service in rural areas.The government should clarify the relationship between face and positive status,and do a good job of "face work";make a difference between different groups and continue the identity to the hometown;emphasize the symbolic meaning of face,dilute the actual effect of face,build a working platform for sports public welfare,and stimulate vitality such as charity and other important opinions and suggestions.
