With the continuous development of modern information teaching,the teaching reform of colleges and universities in China has made a new progress.The online and offline mixed teaching mode is common in College Teaching in China.College physical education teaching is an important organizational part of college teaching.It not only plays an important role in promoting students’ physical quality,but also improves students’ learning efficiency.In recent years,the reform of physical education in Colleges and universities is also constantly innovating,constantly trying to use new teaching methods and teaching models to improve students’ interest in participation and students’ sports skills,so as to achieve the important role of physical education.This study adopts the research methods of literature,questionnaire,experiment and interview,takes the application of offline hybrid teaching mode in badminton teaching as the research object,and selects the students of 2020 public sports badminton elective course of Shenyang Institute of science and technology as the experimental object,This thesis studies the application of the online and offline hybrid teaching mode of public sports badminton in Shenyang Institute of science and technology,and tries to analyze the relationship between the online and offline teaching mode of badminton and students’ badminton skills,physical quality and sports learning interest,in order to provide a new theoretical basis and practical reference for the reform of badminton teaching in Colleges and universities in Shenyang.The following results are obtained:(1)Through the 16-week teaching experiment,there was no significant difference between the badminton skills of the experimental class and the control class(P> 0.05),and the significant difference between the experimental class and the control class(P <0.05),indicating that the mixed online and offline teaching mode can effectively improve the students’ movement skills.(2)Through the 16-week teaching experiment,there was no significant difference in the physical quality of the experimental class and the control class(P> 0.05),indicating that the two teaching modes have a certain impact on the students’ physical quality.(3)Through the 16-week teaching experiment,there is a significant difference between the experimental class and the control class(P <0.05),indicating that the mixed online and offline teaching mode of badminton can better improve students’ interest in learning,classroom participation,enthusiasm and attention(4)Through 16 weeks of teaching experiments,students are highly satisfied with the mixed online and offline teaching mode of badminton,which shows that students can well adapt to the mobile learning environment,and their learning self-efficacy has been significantly improved.Suggestions: colleges and universities should speed up the process of information education and teaching reform.Adopting the online mixed teaching mode in physical education teaching is helpful to promote the process of information education and teaching reform;Teachers should constantly improve the ability of information education and teaching;The development of online and offline hybrid teaching mode in physical education teaching is still in its infancy.Therefore,teachers should ensure the mutual connection of all links of teaching design,and strictly control many factors such as teaching content,teaching organization,teaching methods,teaching platform,teaching venues and facilities.
