The Practice Research Of "the Integration Of Two Kinds Of Social Work" To Promote The Community Environmental Governance ——Based On F Community "One Base,Three Gardens" Project

At present,community environmental governance in China is facing difficulties such as insufficient polymerization,low quality,weak satisfaction,short sustainability and lack of participation.Therefore,the innovation of community environmental governance model has become an important social problem to be solved in the practice of community development governance.In addition,through literature retrieval,it is found that the research and discussion of social work intervention environment and space are insufficient,and there is a lack of attention to the integration of professional social work and administrative social work（or "Two societies" for short）to govern the community environment.Therefore,in such a social and academic background,it is of great significance to explore "two societies" to promote the practice of community environmental governance.This study takes the environmental governance project of "One base,three gardens" in F community as an example,selects the perspective of integration and community governance theory as the theoretical support,uses field research method,and comprehensively uses observation,interview,literature and other methods to collect data,and analyzes the main participants and dilemma of F community environmental governance integration,and the specific practice process of "the integration of two kinds of social work" to promote community environmental governance.In the process of practice,firstly,we should clarify the positioning and relationship between community resident committee and social work organization,follow the concepts of cooperation,equality and specialization,and establish the organizational guarantee,institutional guarantee and resource guarantee of "the integration of two kinds of social work".Secondly,the environmental governance practice of "One base,three gardens" is carried out through the four aspects of concept integration,relationship integration,strategy integration and development integration.Finally,this paper evaluates the practical effect of "the integration of two kinds of social work" to promote "One base,three gardens" environmental governance,and explores the mode of community environmental governance.Through the integration of two kinds of social work to promote the practice of "One base,three gardens",it is concluded that: First,the perspective of integration has good application effect and applicability;Second,"the integration of two kinds of social work" has greatly improved the effectiveness of community environmental governance.Therefore,the practical logic is helpful to improve the community environment,to promote the innovation of community environmental governance,and to provide some reference for the current practice of urban community governance.
