Study On The Linkage Between The Consolidation Of Poverty Reduction Achievements And Rural Revitalization In Pastoralareas Under The Regional Development Model ——Taking X Village Of Si Zi Wang Banner As An Example

In 2021,China has won the battle against poverty,built a moderately prosperous society and achieved the first 100-year goal,ushering in a historic moment.Under the current standards,all poor people in rural and pastoral areas have been lifted out of poverty,all poor flag counties have been removed,absolute poverty and overall regional poverty have been eliminated,and China has created a miracle in the history of human poverty reduction.2021 Central Document No.1 makes overall plans for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and accelerating agricultural and rural revitalization.At present,the most important issue facing poverty alleviation in rural and pastoral areas is how to promote the effective combination of consolidating the results of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,to achieve a smooth transition between the intersection of the two strategies,and to promote the overall development of rural and pastoral areas is an urgent issue to be grasped and resolved.This paper selects X village of Si Zi Wang Banner,a key county supported by the rural revitalization strategy,as the research object.Firstly,through interviews with herdsmen and village cadres,we understand the problems existing in the process of consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in pastoral areas;secondly,we deeply analyze the causes of the problems existing in the effective connection of the two strategies in pastoral areas;finally,using the regional development model,we propose a path for social work to help pastoral areas achieve effective connection,and elaborate on the role and role of social work in helping to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.
