Research On Poverty Alleviation Work In Pastoral Areas From The Perspective Of Social Planning Mode

Since the reform and opening up 40 years ago,China’s poverty alleviation work has been carried out in depth under the promotion of the state.As an important part of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,pastoral areas’ economic development and social stability have an important impact on the social construction of the whole region and the country.Poverty is one of the main problems that perplex pastoral areas all the year round.People in pastoral areas are hard to maintain their livelihoods and achieve self-development because of poverty.This makes a large number of herdsmen living in pastoral areas hope that poverty alleviation can improve their living conditions and improve their living standards through poverty alleviation and development.Poverty alleviation and development in pastoral areas is an important part of national poverty alleviation.Whether or not the pastoral areas are poverty alleviation directly affects the process of poverty alleviation in the country.Therefore,the work of poverty alleviation and development in pastoral areas is in full swing under the leadership of governments at all levels.It should be noted that although poverty alleviation in pastoral areas has progressed smoothly and achieved results in poverty alleviation,the problems reflected in the work can not be ignored.Taking G village of Siziwang Banner as an example,this paper collects the opinions and attitudes of various subjects in poverty alleviation work through interviews,and sorts out some outstanding problems in poverty alleviation work in pastoral areas.At the same time,with the support of social work and the use of social planning model,this paper makes an in-depth investigation and analysis of the causes of poverty alleviation in pastoral areas,and puts forward some suggestions to avoid the problems,clarifies the significance and ways of social work in helping pastoral areas to alleviate poverty,and emphasizes the role that social workers can play in poverty alleviation in pastoral areas.
