| With the rapid development of economy and society and the impact of the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic, the demand for life of the public is getting higher and higher, and the pressure is also increasing.Social workers who uphold altruism will inevitably experience job burnout and turnover intention due to salary, social welfare and repeated work.As a branch of social work, school social work has not been widely known and recognized by the public, nor has it received corresponding attention. Therefore, compared with the social workers in other fields, the turnover rate of school social work is higher and the stability is poor.Excessive loss of social work talents will lead to the instability of social work talents, and even affect the professionalization and specialization of social work and the healthy development of the whole social work field. Therefore, the research on job burnout of social workers is particularly important.Based on this, based on the theory of empowerment and social support theory, this study takes the school social workers in the accompanying project of X Rural Development Foundation as the research object, and uses the practical method of group work to intervene in the job burnout of school social workers.Through the scale method and semi-structured interview method,it is found that the phenomenon of job burnout is common among the social workers in the school. The job burnout of the social workers in the school is mainly manifested in the three dimensions of emotional exhaustion, deindividuation and low sense of achievement. The causes of job burnout of the social workers in the school are various. The personal personality, professional ability and family support of the social workers in the school at the individual level, the school atmosphere and working environment at the environmental level, the social work at the institutional level requires high responsibility and lack of autonomy, and the low recognition and lack of promotion opportunities at the social level will lead to job burnout of the social workers in the school.According to the previous data collection and analysis, group workers have formulated group activities on the job burnout of social workers in the school. It is hoped that through the intervention of group activities, the ability of team members to cope with bad emotions and work pressure will be improved, the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of team members will be improved, and the level of job burnout of the research object will be effectively reduced. The study found that based on the theory of social support and the theory of empowerment, using the practical method of group work, the social workers in the school after participating in the group activities reduced their own bad mood and pressure, established a good social support network, improved their work enthusiasm and enthusiasm, and effectively alleviated the job burnout of social workers in the school. Therefore, this study has certain reference value for alleviating the job burnout of social workers in the school. However, there are also some shortcomings in the process of group work. Therefore,in the last chapter, this paper reflects on the advantages and disadvantages of group work involved in the job burnout of social workers in schools,as well as the practical effect of group work, and puts forward feasible countermeasures to alleviate the job burnout of social workers in schools from the individual, institutional and social levels of social workers in schools. |
