| At the end of the last century,under the background of students ’ burden reduction and family structure change,the problem of student care after school has become a social problem to be solved,resulting in after-school service.However,the off-campus after-school service institutions lack of qualifications,poor environment and safety,which cannot effectively solve the problem of students ’ after-school care.Under the advocacy and requirements of national policies,all regions implement the after-school service policy in schools.Academic research on after-school service in schools is also increasing.Existing research mainly studies this issue from the perspectives of policy,supply and management.There are few studies from the perspective of demand,and there is a lack of theoretical support.Therefore,based on the in-depth investigation of X primary school,this study,from the perspective of demand,combined with PDCA quality management theory,studies the introduction of after-school programs in primary school.The survey found that the proportion of students participating in after-school services is higher.From the primary school after-school service implementation elements,the implementation of the main school teachers,service time is relatively fixed,service content is given priority to with supervision and operation,service form monotonous.With regard to the guarantee of after-school service,the number of teachers is basically sufficient,the source of funding is shared between home and school,there are unsafe factors in service,and multi-subject participation in after-school service.After-school service satisfaction is high,which solves the high-level needs of students and parents,and needs to meet the higher-level needs.Further analysis shows that the main issues in the implementation of after-school programs are as follows : the cognitive bias of each subject,the weak financial support,the failure of service factors to meet the needs of the subject,and the nonstandard service management.The main reasons for the problems are the deviation of the values of each subject,the imperfect supporting policies and the lack of regulatory mechanisms.In order to solve the problems in the implementation of school after-school service,this study puts forward the implementation optimization countermeasures based on PDCA theory.First,clear after-school service value,correct the main cognitive bias;second,the reconstruction of after-school service elements,such as content,rich forms,flexible time to meet the needs of students and parents;third,the construction of after-school service guarantee mechanism,such as broaden the funding channels,enrich teachers,strengthen safety management;fourth,develop quality monitoring and evaluation system,such as the development of school after-school service quality evaluation standards,the establishment of after-school service teacher evaluation system. |
