The course of ideological and political theory is the key course to implement the fundamental task of Building Morality and cultivating people.A good teacher-student relationship in Ideological and political course plays a fundamental role in the development of education which in ideological and political.AS well as,this class is good for finish the fundamental task which is Building Morality and cultivating people.Following the Party's18th National Congress,this relationship is good,but there is gap between Xi Jinping's important treatises on education.This thesis starts from perfect this relationship,insisting Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.Contributing to building a good relationship.This thesis is divided into four parts:The first part discusses the connotation and construction significance of the relationship between teachers and students of Ideological and political courses in Colleges and universities in the new era.The connotation of the relationship includes three aspects: firstly,summarize the teacher-student relationship of Ideological and political courses in Colleges and universities in the new era;The second is to explore the constituent elements of the relationship,that is,lofty ideals and beliefs,excellent political quality,basic moral norms,solid thinking of the rule of law and so on;The third is to analyze the main characteristics of the relationship,that is,the multidimensional content,clear purpose,prominent ideology and so on.The significance of the teacher-student relationship of Ideological and political course in Colleges and universities in the new era is that : the relationship is the guarantee of good ideological and political course,and the relationship is an important means to enhance the effectiveness of Ideological and political course.And it is the practical need to implement the fundamental task of Building Morality and cultivating people.The second part explores the theoretical basis for the construction of teacher-student relationship of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities in the new era,mainly including the foundation of Marxism related theories,the nourishment of Excellent Traditional Chinese culture,the inheritance of Chinese Communist's educational thoughts and the guidance of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important treatises on education.The third part expounds the current situation of the relationship between teachers and students of Ideological and political courses in Colleges and universities in the new era,analyzes the existing problems and causes.The current situation is generally good.The main problems in it are that the concept consensus between Ideological and political courses teachers and students needs to be strengthened,the communication between them needs to be deepened,and the effect of interaction between them needs to be improved.This thesis analyzes the reasons for the problems in the relationship,including the environment which teachers get along with students construction is not perfect,the insufficient leading role of a few ideological and political teachers in Colleges and universities,and the weak subjective role of some students.The fourth part explores the Countermeasures for the construction of teacher-student relationship of Ideological and political course in Colleges and universities in the new era,mainly including further improving the education and teaching environment;Further optimize the construction level of Ideological and political course teachers;Further mobilize the subjective role of students.
