| Community is the basic unit of social governance,which builds a platform for the relationship between community people and society.In order to meet the growing needs of the people for a better life,grassroots communities need to improve their governance capacity.As an accessible and shared field of public life,community public space is the best place to build a harmonious community.Based on this,social organizations also involved in the construction of community public space as a professional force.This paper adopts participatory observation method,literature research method,interview method and questionnaire survey method to study the construction of X social organization in K community party group service center.Based on the eight-stage theory of action research proposed by Maggie,the main part discusses the eight-stage actions of social organizations in identifying community-sharing issues,debating and deciding issues,discussing the direction of action,producing common-concerned knowledge,sharing knowledge and discussing the rules of action,promoting consensus actions,reflecting on the values behind actions and their impacts,and evaluating and planning actions in the next stage.The results of the above actions are summarized and discussed from three aspects of research,action and education.The intervention of social organizations has solved the problems of negative public space,idle space,single function,squeezed public space,and residents ’communication space.This shows that it is feasible for social organizations to use the stage model of action research to intervene in the construction of community public space.Finally,this paper reflects and discusses the research,and summarizes the path of social organizations involved in the construction of public space:(1)Play professional strength,stimulate community autonomy;(2)Cultivating community culture and bringing together residents;(3)Integration of community resources,jointly create space;(4)Establish and improve the system,standardize the management space. |
