| In recent years,the national level has been introduced after-school service related policies,after-school service in primary and secondary schools has basically achieved full coverage.2021,the introduction of the "double reduction" policy has further promoted the reduction of students’ burden,the consolidation of out-of-school training and the improvement of after-school service,and students and parents expect more from school after-school service.The focus of after-school service has shifted from quantitative accumulation to qualitative improvement,and improving the quality of after-school service has become an important breakthrough in the standardized development of after-school service.The study is based on the background of the "double reduction" policy in 2021 and the realistic background of the full implementation of after-school service in M city in 2021,with Humanistic education theory,Education equity theory,SERVQUAL service quality gap model and Carney analysis abstract ladder as the theoretical basis.The study uses primary school students as the target of the questionnaire survey,and primary school students,parents,teachers and school administrators as the target of the interview survey,combining the questionnaire survey and the interview survey to investigate after-school service for elementary school students in M city.The study aims to understand the current situation and dilemmas of after-school service for elementary school students and explore the scientific development path.The study shows that the quality of after-school service for elementary school students in city M does not meet the requirements of elementary school students,and the perception of after-school service for elementary school students is lower than the service expectations.There are problems in policy awareness,equipment and teacher input,implementation process,and effect evaluation.After-school service for primary school students still need to make improvements in terms of top-level design,policy support,school management,social participation,and coordination of multiple subjects to meet students’ development needs,promote students’ comprehensive and individualized development,enhance the level of after-school service,and promote high-quality development of after-school service. |
