become the current development strategy of rural education in my country.The state has invested heavily in education funds and vigorously built the teaching staff,which has made my country's rural education industry in recent years have significantly improved in terms of hardware equipment and teaching resources.In 2006,the Ministry of Education,the Ministry of Finance,the Ministry of Personnel,and the Central Office of the Central Committee issued the "Notice on the Implementation of the Special Post Plan for School Teachers in Rural Compulsory Education".The purpose is to recruit a large number of college graduates to teach in the village.Team building issues.Under the background of this era,special post teachers came into being,and the number of special post teachers is increasing year by year.These high-quality special post teachers have become a powerful lever for rural education reform,and they are gradually prying out rural education.Disadvantages.They have injected strong power into the backward rural education,initially solved the problem of urban and rural education inequity,and contributed to the balanced development of urban and rural areas in the education reform.Paying attention to the growth of special post teachers is another way of caring about the development of national education.This article takes the sense of belonging of special post teachers as research.After questionnaire surveys,data collection,and face-to-face interviews,we have learned about the sense of belonging of special post teachers in Hepu County.Strong reasons: the education authorities do not pay enough attention to special post teachers;special post teachers have a heavy workload and work pressure;special post teachers lack training and learning opportunities,and their professional development awareness is weak.Combining the reasons for this phenomenon,some suggestions are put forward for improving the sense of belonging of special post teachers in Hepu County from the three aspects of system optimization,school management,and teacher self-development.This article is divided into four parts:The first part is mainly from the interpretation and understanding of relevant policies on the recruitment and employment of special post teachers,introduces the relevant situation of special post teachers in Hepu County,and analyzes the value of research from both theoretical and practical aspects.At the same time,do a good job in the definition of concepts,search for relevant documents and do a good job in defining the concepts of special post teachers,sense of belonging and sense of belonging of teachers,and on this basis,conduct a review of relevant literature and summarize the research methods and methods of predecessors.Find the entry point of this research and use the survey research method and interview method to conduct research.The second part is mainly about the collection of questionnaires,the collection and analysis of data,and the analysis of the content of interviews with individual special post teachers' sense of belonging.The design of the questionnaire is divided into three parts: The first part is the basic information of the surveyed person,including gender,age,household registration,marital status,educational background,etc.the second part is the survey of the status quo of the sense of belonging of special post teachers,using scale analysis,The survey content is divided into four dimensions: one is to investigate teachers' living conditions,the other is to investigate teachers' work conditions,the third is to investigate interpersonal relationships,and the fourth is to investigate teachers' professional development.The third part is to investigate the intensity of teachers' sense of belonging and influencing factors,which is a multiple choice question.From the survey and analysis of the questionnaire to understand the status quo of the sense of belonging of special post teachers,summarize and analyze the tendency of factors that affect the sense of belonging of special post teachers,so as to make the next summary analysis.The third part mainly analyzes the factors that affect the sense of belonging of special post teachers in Hepu County and the reasons for the low sense of belonging of special post teachers.Through the data sorting and analysis of the questionnaire,it is concluded that the main factors that affect the sense of belonging of the special post teachers in Hepu County are age,the work of the class teacher,the accommodation environment,salary,work pressure and studying outside.The corresponding discussion and reasons will be conducted.Analysis and analysis.The fourth part is about the investigation of ways to improve the sense of belonging of special post teachers in Hepu County.Based on the research results and the analysis of the reasons,this article puts forward suggestions to enhance the sense of belonging of special post teachers from the aspects of system optimization,school management,and teachers themselves: management system The management system needs to be optimized,the salary and welfare system should be sound;the school management should be rationally configured,and the difficulty of the work should be appropriately reduced;the concern for teachers should be strengthened,and the teachers themselves should change their concepts and improve their professional development.
