Education informatization is an important benchmark to measure the level of education modernization of a country.Teachers are the main force of education informatization,and their IT application ability is the key factor of education informatization.As a reserve army of teachers,teacher-training students’ IT ability is a powerful guarantee for transforming learning styles,enhancing learning effectiveness and improving comprehensive literacy,which directly affects the level of education informatization and the quality of future education.Effectively promoting and improving teacher-training students’ IT ability is an important factor in promoting the high-quality development of education informatization.In the process of providing knowledge services to readers,libraries cannot effectively portray user portraits due to the lack of data reflecting readers’ reading demands and the lack of new user data,and book recommendation has a cold start problem.Book recommendation in colleges and universities mostly uses recommendations based on content and association rules to recommend books for readers,without considering the level of knowledge ability of users,and the applicability of books is insufficient and the precision of knowledge services is not high.Based on this,this paper constructs an IT competency model for teacher-training students and uses rule-based reasoning for book recommendation based on the IT competency model for teacher-training students,in order to provide effective book resource services for improving teacher-training students’ IT competency learning.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows.(1)Constructing an information technology competency model for teachertraining students.After fully studying the "Information Technology Application Competency Standards for Primary and Secondary School Teachers(Trial)" promulgated in 2014 and the literature related to information technology competency of teacher-training students,the information technology competency model of teachertraining students was constructed,and the integration of information technology and curriculum was divided into three categories: arts,science and sports and arts,reflecting the requirements of information technology development for the transformation of teachers’ roles and the development of integration of information technology and education teaching.(2)Book recommendation based on the IT competency model of teacher-training students.A questionnaire was used to assess the information technology ability of teacher trainees.At the same time,the information technology courses of teachertraining students were studied according to their training programs,so as to comprehensively determine the existing information technology level of teachertraining students.The books are described and labeled from the three dimensions of difficulty,popularity and category,and the information technology ability ontology of normal students is constructed,and inference rules are set to recommend books that meet the current knowledge level of teacher trainees according to their current IT ability level.(3)Design of book recommendation prototype system.An information technology book recommendation system for teacher-training students was designed and implemented,which can recommend relevant information technology books as well as current popular computer-related books and new books for teacher-training students according to their information technology ability.
