Chinese education is currently undergoing a primary and secondary school education informationization development,information technology to improve the quality of education provides new impetus and a new means,a number of emerging convenience of educational software,network platform and app such as pouring in.So subjects with normal university students how to grasp the information technology,and can effectively applied to education and teaching,higher normal colleges to cultivate college students is an important issue.In recent years,countries pay more attention to the training of normal students,pay attention to their information and professional development training.Our country students mainly undertaken by colleges and universities,colleges and universities are in the "reform Internet plus education,training mathematics teachers are in theory as the main course of study,and related information the practice teaching arrangement although in different stages,but due to some reasons,improper practice teaching requires the ability of information technology and mathematics teacher of middle school mathematics teachers in the match or a gap.In order to understand the problem,through the investigation of mathematics teachers information Technical ability and high school mathematics teachers in the process of teaching and learning needs of the system analysis,comparison,and targeted to give improvement strategy.This study uses the literature analysis,questionnaire survey,data analysis,interview study,research and other research methods by 100 in-service mathematics teachers questionnaires and daily teaching practice exploration need what information technology ability in the process of use and existing problems;at the same time,the big four mathematics undergraduates of normal issued 160 copies of questionnaire,157 valid questionnaires recovered,understand mathematics pedagogical student information technology ability training problems existing in the process.According to the relevant theory,combined with survey results,for the higher normal colleges training mathematics teachers information technology capacity to provide some effective suggestions.Therefore,the research on high College students have certain practical significance,and it also has a certain reference value for promoting the informatization of middle school mathematics education.
