Research On The Influence Of Healthy Human Capital On High Quality Economic Development

At present,China’s economy is in the stage of transformation of development mode,in order to achieve the high-quality economic development,sufficient human capital investment is necessary for us in the furture,but our labor force structure presents a relatively unfavorable development state,the median age of the labor force is increasing,and the absolute number of the labor age population is declining,and the economy is difficult to continue the previous extensive development path.Under the background of such a population structure,the promotion of high-quality economic development depends more on the coordinated investment of health and human capital,and the healthy human capital should be regarded as a new driving force for sustained and high-quality economic development.High-quality economic development is an indicator that we must complete in the process of realizing the Chinese dream.Therefore,the research and discussion in this field has been very hot since it was put forward.Although there being no final conclusion on the definition of the high-quality economic development,but there is a consensus in the intersection of the research.This consensus is that high-quality economic development includes the basic aspects of economic development as well as the social achievements brought by economic development.It is difficult to achieve such a high-quality economic development only rely on the previous labor input mode,which requires us to carry out more detailed and profound research on labor input,and improve labor time,labor intensity and labor output rate by improving healthy human capital investment,so as to achieve the goal of optimizing labor input and achieving the high-quality development。Therefore,this paper studies healthy human capital and high-quality economic development,and then provides a solid foundation for better high-quality development.Firstly,we select the advanced index of industrial structure as the index of high-quality economic development,construct the index system of health human capital including five dimensions of medical and health care,daily health care,lifestyle,health education and social environment,and measure the comprehensive index of health human capital.Then we analyze the impact of health human capital on high-quality economic development,and study the law of the past provides in this process,and then provide the basis for the future health human capital investment.By using the statistical data of China from 2000 to 2019,this paper introduces all the sorted data into the improved cobb-douglas production function,and verifies the model by using the statistical software stata15.1.It is found that the healthy human capital and the high-quality economic development are on the rise as a whole,and there is a high degree of synergy between them,and they all have a short decline in the same period of time.Health human capital has a significant role in promoting the high-quality economic developmen,and the output coefficient of health human capital investment is higher.In the future,we need to optimize the investment structure of health human capital and improve the level of health human capital,so as to promote the high-quality development of China’s economy.
