With the improvement of people's living standard,the continuous enhancement of health awareness,the opening of the two child policy and the serious aging of the population,the use of disposable sanitary products(sanitary napkins,diapers,adult incontinence articles,etc.)is becoming more and more common,and the trend of rapid growth is maintained.As a layer of disposable sanitary products,surface material is the beginning of the whole process of liquid absorption and an important structural material in disposable sanitary products.In recent years,because of the spatial three-dimensional structure,good resilience,many pores and loose liquid holding rate,hot air nonwovens have short penetration time,which is conducive to the rapid transmission of urine,and can be used as surface layer and guide layer material.The composite double layer hot air nonwovens,which have just started in China,are the characteristics of the equipment.The hot air nonwovens are made of two layers of structure.The thickness of the surface nonwovens is large and the covering is strong.It makes the whole sanitary articles fine,even and have high-grade feeling.In addition,the consumer requirements for disposable sanitary products are no longer limited to basic performance,and their additional functions(hygiene,health care,comfort)have higher requirements.Therefore,it is urgent to develop a double layer composite and has additional functions.In this paper,the absorption and conduction principle of liquid in nonwoven materials,differential capillary effect and step wetting principle of double layer structure are studied.It is found that these principles are closely related to the types,fineness,water contact angle,surface morphology,pore size between fibers and distribution direction of fibers.The nonwovens are designed as two layers up and down by using the characteristics of the equipment.The upper layer needs to contact the skin of the user,so that the user feels comfortable;the lower layer does not contact the human body,and needs to have high elasticity,can support and improve the thickness of the whole cloth surface,and play the role of the guide layer.The surface materials with two structures and six fibers were made.The physical properties and water management ability were compared.The following conclusions were drawn: for the thickness,the more fine fibers are contained,the greater the thickness of the fiber mesh is;for the fracture strength,the first sample with higher breaking strength is 30% and 10% larger than the other two samples,and the fracture in the second structure is more than that of the other two samples The samples with higher strength are 10% and 13% larger than the other two samples respectively;the permeability of the two samples is slightly different but the difference is not significant;the moisture absorption rate of the second structure is larger than that of the first structure;for the permeability time,the greater the thickness of the material under the same structure,the longer the penetration time is,the upper layer fiber is combined with the same fiber The higher the dimension content,the worse the permeability time,the more the reverse permeability of the second structure was under the same fiber compatibility.Finally,the results show that the material after the extraction of the wormwood has a very good antibacterial property,reaching more than 85%,and the antibacterial property is better with the increase of concentration,and the antibacterial property of the material after the treatment is no longer changed when the concentration reaches a certain concentration;the physical properties and water pipe of the material after the treatment of the extract of the wormwood are not changed The physical energy and blank sample have little change.
