In recent years,CNC machining technology has made my country's machinery manufacturing industry develop rapidly,and has an important guiding role in the improvement of my country's machinery manufacturing industry.Many developed countries have invested a lot of manpower and funds in the research of numerical control technology.Based on this,colleges and universities seize the opportunity to conduct high-end practical training for mechanical manufacturing students.Due to the lack of CNC lathe equipment and training instructors,and the lack of students' enthusiasm for learning,it is urgent to find a solution that can reduce the cost of training,solve the lack of instructors,and improve students' enthusiasm for learning.With the development of virtual reality technology(VR),the application cases of VR+ emerge in an endless stream.As an emerging technology,virtual reality technology can generate a virtual world with the help of computers,simulate the real environment,and provide an immersive feeling.Using the combination of virtual reality technology and machining technology,a set of CNC lathe machining simulation system is developed.This will stimulate students' interest in learning and feel the freshness brought by technology.Users can feel and manipulate virtual objects in the virtual world."VR + machine tool processing" can achieve low-risk,low-difficulty,and low-cost practical training requirements.The combination of virtual reality and machine tool processing is a practical training method based on tradition and beyond.At present,immersive simulation systems based on virtual reality are common.The simulation system builds models through 3D modeling software such as Solid Works and 3ds Max,uses 3ds Max software to complete optimization,reduces the amount of model data,and completes model background textures and UI background through Photoshop software.Image processing,application of Unity 3D platform for design and development.This subject takes the CK6153 i CNC lathe as the prototype,based on the CNC lathe processing training content,builds a model with the help of 3D modeling software,debugs with HTC Vive equipment,and uses the Unity 3D platform to design and develop an immersive simulation system for CNC lathe processing.The system maps the CNC lathe model to the virtual world,and controls the structure and movement of the CNC lathe through C# language programming.Users can easily and intuitively complete the training in the simulation system.The system can not only provide users with a training environment,reduce the risk factor in the training process,but also greatly reduce the training cost.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Analyze and study the relevant cases of CNC lathe simulation system,plan the content and structure of the system,and design the implementation process and scheme of the system.(2)Check the relevant information of CK6153 i CNC lathe,and combine Solid Works and 3ds Max modeling software to complete the establishment and optimization of the CNC lathe model;design the workpiece structure according to the workpiece function.(3)The Unity 3D development platform is used to complete the research and development of basic modules such as animation production,CNC lathe structure display,collision detection technology and display device interface design.(4)Combined with C# language,the function key development of CNC lathe is completed;the transformation between virtual world coordinates and CNC lathe coordinates is realized by calculating the relative position relationship between the CNC lathe and the tool;the principle and application of graphic geometry transformation are discussed.(5)In-depth analysis of CNC program structure,with the help of C# language to complete the research and development of CNC program recognition function;analysis of turning tool processing trajectory,combined with CNC lathe processing interpolation principle,completed the research and development of CNC lathe processing function.After system testing,the system can better simulate the CNC lathe training environment,and with the help of HTC Vive equipment,CNC lathes can be operated in a virtual environment,which improves students' learning interest and learning efficiency,and alleviates problems such as lack of instructors.
